    Nothing like forgetting to let your car windows down a bit and then coming back an hour or two later to a roasted car.....feels great....

      And a 'real' cool down. 93 here with a heat index of 106. Humidity is atrocious.

      Can't remember the last time that I thought to leave my windows down at all - regardless of weather. When you get back just lower them all the way and drive really fast, it'll cool down in no-time :). I have horrid memories of driving cars with vinyl seats, but even a cracked window won't help you there.

      No need for a gym or YMCA membership BH4 just melt away any excess weight without a treadmill or even barely moving in this extreme heat. Fun, fun, fun...NOT!!!
