Sucks getting killed on Thursday night. No game to look forward to Sunday. Ten days until the next game.
And they need every one of those 10 days to heal

Last week a announcer said Clowney tossed him down like Nelson was a child.
Well to be fair Nelson was off balance and Clowney is a beast....Nelson actually had a solid game overall......just that play was bad.

Unfortunately, the current Colts don't have anywhere near the level of talent that the '06 team had.
And the talent they do have is hurt.

As long as Brady is playing, the only way we beat the Patriots is the same way we beat them 10-15 years ago - surround Luck with weapons, build a super offense and outscore them.
That and having almosr all your best players not be injured

Sooooo......most people predicted the Colts would get handled being so short handed...then lose more players....then get mad when Colts are getting handled.

thought it was, too...Buck and Aikman must have been on the phone placing bets on the weekends college football.
Didnt see it.
No they were setting up a "men's tryst" with Collinsworth and Brady after the game.

Who the heck is Robert Mathis from Alabama A & M, and Bethea from Howard? A lot of us thought that when they were drafted too.
You could tell within a year or two what they were capable of. Normally, a player that is a system fit starts producing within 2 years, IMO, if they have a high ceiling for the system. Hopefully Turay is that for our defense at DE, just like Leonard is for the WILL.
If Turay produces, Braden Smith will be the only one from Round 2 waiting in the wings to show us what he can do (fingers crossed based on what I have seen so far). We already know we have a gem in Leonard.
Don't forget about Tyquan Lewis too....hope his foot heals up.

Got some work to do but, Colts could have another gem on defense if he's able to put it together.
Has more sacks than Chubb too....

Going from Earl Thomas to TJ Green

Seems the Colts have been on the wrong side of these calls A LOT this year.

Turay seems to get a sack or sacks every time he plays. Going to be a star.
Agreed.....hell when's the last time the entire D line has been a strength?

The interior is solid but when you're playing deep reserves at both tackle spots and being a revolving door at that too hurts.

Still had 13 tackles, 8 solo, a pass defensed, sack, and tackle for loss.

Put this into perspective.....all of last year the Colts had 25 sacks. Through 4 games they already have 18. Had 9 more tackles for loss today to go with the 7 sa ks. Lots of pressure but the last 2 weeks they've gone against 2 mobile QBs.
We knew going into the season this team is not a finished product and there will be growing pains. Is it frustrating? Absolutely, but they're also making their fair share of plays. If the offensive can get out of its own way, it'll be even better.

That was not a hold.....he blocked him and thier momentum led them both to the ground.
Combine that with the absolute nonsense hold on Nelson.....they sure wanted to make it as difficult as possible for the Colts.....though in the first half they did a good job enough by themselves.

Thing is, I don’t include you in the above as you don’t vanish when things do go our way. thats what frustrates.
It’s easy to stand outside the tent..
It's usually the posters with very few posts that are the most negative.
