1: Brees. (has a great back in sproles to dump the ball off to)
2: Brady (has third/4th best receiving core in the game) (also has the best o-line in the game).
3: Rodgers(has one of the best receiving cores i have ever seen, has one of the top 5 o-lines)

If that is the way we are going to go Peyton better thank our o-line, running game, and defense as they had just as much to do with us winning that Super Bowl as he did. I love Peyton but even I'll admit if Peyton Manning's name was Billy Jenkins someone else would have won the MVP award that night.
peyton played great thatbnight given the circumstances. Horrible weayher n going against owne of the top 3 defenses. And throughout that entire playoff run he went up against the top 4 defenses. U would expect him to be a little beat up.
Polian did a nice job before but the last five years have been really bad drafts in the long term. I do like this years draft so far.

There are some people who want to keep losing but i think the majority (me included) want to see them win but we lose we are expecting it n some of us are ok with it knowing we will get the first pick. I personally want them to win every game n if peyton magically healed by sunday i would root for us to win all six games n not worry about the draft.

To horseshoe: no lions scored a td in last min in garbage time. Rodgers nearly turned it over though...on 3rd down in field goal range he fumbled b/c of horrible pocket awareness but lions couldnt recover so pack scored a field goal n that was it.
To shecolt: suh slammed a player's head into the ground n then stepped on him. Pack was gonna kick a field goal too but the penalty allowed them to score a td. Suh got ejected n det pass rush sucked after that.

Lions are gonna try to come back...i hope they can. I dont really like them but i dont want the arrogant packers to go undefeated.

I liked Marvin as a player, he was such a beast and was one of my favorite players. I'm conflicted though, since harrison was involved in that shooting and the murder case. He lost my admiration at that point.

Zaturday shoukd be a hof. He was one of the best at his position during his era but like others have said he probably wont make it. However with a few more superbowls that might change, once peyton gets back.

Those running the franchise dont ways know what is the best. They are ordinary people who just have enough money to own the team. That money doesnt mean they are smarter than us fans necessarily. For the coaches, it seems they do not make adjustments, and do not seem to add any real contribution to the team. I havnt heard one analyst on tv or radio or writer say anything specific on what one of these coaches does well. Fans should evalate the team b/c they are the ones pumping money into the team. It is also the owner's responsibility to let fans control the team, but that doesnt mean they shouldnt listen to their voice.

You all are being too critical of painter. Do you expect him to be a backup qb at the nfl level. I for one think its not his fault that he was drafted. And look we are finally getting to see some coaching done by caldwell. He believes in painter unlike all of you. And for all the disappointment painter has generated he has taught many of us different football lessons. Did you know that you cant throw the ball n then catch ot n then throw it again? And who knew that a qb could throw 3 int on the same drive (one being dropped, one being called back b/c of 12 men on the field n one actually being caught.) And after this week painter is going to set an nfl record for mosy appearances on MNF Cm'on Man! To those who want the coaching staff to make changes, really any changes at all, should be ashamed. That would not be who they are, they need to stay true to themselves. Hooray to our Coaching Staff n to our leader Mr. Painter. The image we will be legt with after this game is another great shot of peyton's disappointed face (cause he can iony dream of performing the way painter does). Cant wait for this game, i'll be watching like always as most of you will.

I think shaw is trying to praise luck so he doesnt fall out of the first overall draft pick. Shaw is sticking up for his guy, as he should, but the way luck has been playing lately n the way rg3 and barkley have performed is starting to raise the question if luck is the best qb in the draft.

, I think Tebow is a good QB. Not conventional, but still a winner. Even with that he is better than Elway, in all categories. Seems to me Elway wants to stay the hero in Denver. All Tebow needs is a chance. He got a chance and what does he do, win. That is the bottom line. I think denver should give him a chance and develop. Right now he is doing fine. If the kid learns how to become more of a passing QB than he is going to be huge.i completely agree with you stryker. I like what tebow has done so far and personally i root for him. I just dont know how long tebow will be in denver with elway making the decisions.

If they trade down n use the first pick on a guy like blackmon or jeffrey then get rid of wayne. Sign back mathis n everyone else if its somewhat cheap. Lacey should not be a starter next year but he will provide depth.

Would be a good fit with tye bears but like u said too messy. Houston seems happy so maybe kc, since he knows the division well.

Bradford truthfully has played horriblely. He is one of the worst qbs in the league at this point. (Not saying he cant improve)

Yes elway hates tebow. Not as a person but as a football plauer he certainly does. Every win tebow gets causes the broncos to move up the draft board further away from a top 3 qb. Elway said today he still doesnt have a qb on his team...that includes tebow (and orton as we all obviously know today). Elway wants a really accurate pocket passer.

Orton is a free agent so it makes no sense to pick him up as a future backup. Also orton is not that good. Yes he is better than dear old curtis but then again who isnt.

Rivers isnt doing a lot differently. He always threw high risk passes that should have been intercepted but his recievers could jump n catch them. Now his recievers cant make miracle catches so he has a higher amt of int

Unless tebow takes them to the playoffs they woukd be interested in getting luck. Elway hates tebow, strange since tebow has down way way better than elway did in his first 8 starts.

The colts would never pick him up. Orton is horrible. Tebow beat him out as qb...that tells you everything u need to know.

Couldnt agree more with you Jason. Trade down n get as many picks as u can. I really like this draft especially for all the good defensive players coming out. If peyton is 100% healthy, then getting kellen moore in the 4th or late 3rd round would be good. He studys film more than any of the other college qbs. If we got him i assume peyton would play for 4 years because he is in fact fully healthy. Kellen would then start after learning for four years n would have a very good o line n good defense because of all the picks we got when we traded down. (On an additional note, if we kept peyton for 2 years then we would keep him for 2 more because those last two years are much cheaper.)

Every contending team is getting better in the afc. The patriots, ravens, steelers, texans, bengals, and even the jets (if they would just get rid of sanchez; they just need a new qb). We need a new defense n trading the pick would decrease the rebuilding time for this team. With Manning we are a contender. Without him we are a good 5-7 years away from seriously contending. Luck cannot carry this sorry excuse for a team. We need to still try to win everyvgame n hope we do because we need to keep that winner mentality. If we get the first pick so be it, but iy is still a long way from fixing the team without Manning.

We play the afc east next year. It rotates every 3 years. Last year we played the afc west. This year the afc north. N next yeat the afc east. Fir this pats game, colts are.gonna get thumped. The pats ran the score up agaonst kc with 1 mon to go. They will putt 70+ against us if thier history has taught us anything. Freeny n mathis should just hit brady on every play. Forget about flags. If we put him on ir for the rest of the season that's our best accomplishment of the year.

I see the colts trading the pick n getting barkley or jones. Polian realizes his job is on the line, so if he gets more pick he will get more chances to draft good players.
