Why do you say "it's quite a stretch." I can understand maybe thinking it's photoshopped but I don't understand why you are saying that .....
He's stretching out over the line ...?
Poor choice of words on my part obviously

I've seen that pic and it's quite a stretch.
It really doesn't matter. If this Offense would've done something in the first half, they never would've been in that situation.
Here's a video of it I just found. Recommend you mute though

I don't claim to know more that Steichen by any means but......

Getting rid of Gus will be the best impact to the defense

It's time for Ballard to finally use a 1st round pick on WR if Odunze is there.
I have more faith in this up coming year since Steichen will have input on players.
WR (sign Pittmann too)
DE (hopefully re-sign Lewis)
TE (let Cox go, Ogletree might be gone)
LB (Olubi looks decent in limited playing time)
DT (has Grover been the same since he got busted for PEDs?)
S (Blackmon is a keeper - Cross is ok, Thomas ain't it)
CB (plus slot - will Kenny moore be re-signed?)
QB (hope they re-sign Minshew and get him new contacts that can see the number 14, but Ehlinger needs to be gone - he's not it)
-
I'm happy for the Texans
CJ Stroud is a not only awesome on the field, but a great person off it.

I hope we keep Minshew and pay him well to stay as backup
I just hope he gets new contact lenses that can see the number 14

LOS crowd is super docile anymore.
I just don't think people don't get as rowdy as they used to - maybe because beers are $15/piece? lol
Besides, nothing could beat the RCA dome.
When that place got rocking, your eyeballs would shake from the noise.

I was not expecting this thread, but by golly it's gold!
How about in Haiku form?
Colts charge, Texans clash,
Gridiron dance unfolds fierce,
Victory roars.

What Steichen has done with this team, I am amazed
He's brought this team back from the dead w/o being fazed
A 9-7 record...who could conceive it?
Beat the Texans and we're in, can you believe it?
One game out w/ a backup quarterback
This emotional rollercoaster is still on the track!
Playoffs? Playoffs? Where do I begin?
One more win and we are in!

I want Paye to be good and he isn't
Dayo is meh
Not a slight on Ballard, but it sucks our best DE is a player he didn't draft. I just hope he opens up the checkbook this off season!
Raimann has been a Godsend. That dude is legit.
TE's: they are going to need to draft a good one.
Granson really isn't good.
Mallory is semi-exciting.
Ogletree was ok, but might be gone considering what happens with the battery charges.
Mo Cox is being used as a blocker 90% of the time
Need Woods back!
Going to have to draft a LB or 2 as well

I hate to break it to you, but Saturday never started the season as a new HC, and for that matter, he wasn't really a HC anyway. He was paid consultant plain & simple that Irsay hired to find out who was actually worthy on the team. Saturday was no different than the "two Bobs" on Office Space. Jeff was never going to get a f/t HC gig with the Colts.
Hate to break it to ya, but...
I won't even comment on the rest of what you posted LOL

Time to get Mallory more involved in the passing game

Although I’m having a hard time expounding on reasons why.
They do have a great TE, which always give us trouble. Robinson is supposedly the most talented rookie RB (IMO, he hasn’t shown it yet). London and Allgeier can be weapons. They lost to the worst team in the league, but the weather helped make their below average QB even more below average.
We’re probably without Moss and MPJ. Their D is better than ours, on paper anyway.I’m always nervous about being a favorite on the road to a team that just came off a humiliating loss.
So, like last week, I’m predicting a 10 point Colts loss. @jvan1973 you taking the points again?
Here's hoping you are wrong 2 weeks in a row

Hats off to Steichen. He's Coach of the Year in my book.
His name will gain even more traction for COTY if Colts get into the playoffs
Pittman wants to explore options

Pittman is hard as nails. I knew it even before he took that hit from Kazee, but after he gained even more of my respect.
He not afraid, he's durable, and has sure hands. Plus he's a good dude.
Pay the man and keep him in Indy.
