Wish we could have nabbed Swearinger a couple weeks ago. Not sure if he ever cleared waivers though so it might be moot. Our Safety position is definitely concerning now. I think Quincy plays some snaps there this week. He was playing there a few weeks ago but it looked like they were sliding him over to RCB exclusively lately.

Good video. Nyheim has a good TV personality.
He was probably my most lukewarm draft pick feom this year and after his preseason drops/fumbles I was worried I’d be right. He’s picked it up all year though and has made some pretty good plays for us, plus like he said, he’s cheap right now.

Houston and Ford against Smith is the money matchup when we're on offense in my opinion. As great as Braden has been, he's seemed to struggle against the speedy edge rushers; Cameron Wake for instance. He was great against Watt but these types give him trouble. I think Q/Kelly/Glow can handle their interior rush, and they aren't a big blitzing team, so I'm hoping they use some TE/RB help over there on the right side.

Bad defense, MVP front runner QB with Star Wars numbers, conservative coach with a known tendency for going one and done, going against a hot team playing with house money.....we’ve all seen this movie countless times. I really like our chances this weekend against a young QB who wasn’t able to prove himself against the better teams this year.

Someone get that kid in a film room with Mike Mitchell now!

I’d say about 2009, week 15, just after beating the Jags on Monday night and getting to 14-0. Last time I’ve been so optimistic about Colts football. Even then though, you knew it’d be short lived with everyone getting older. Now is different, we haven’t even begun to peak.

The only AFC team that can beat the Colts is the Colts. Cut down on the killer turnovers and penalties and this team could very well run the table. I guess the Pats just scare me a little because we haven’t beat them or even be competitive in like eight years.

Autry and Hunt have been absolute studs in the middle. Two absolute steals in free agency, despite what that article said from a few months ago how Autry was our worst FA signing this year.

It was too bad that TD he got where he let Q get out in front of him was called back. That was a thing of beauty. I do really like our stable of RBs and we have them all for the next two years minimum.

Those play action bootlegs were killing us. The LBs kept taking the bait and putting themselves out of position. I think it was all of them but mostly Franklin. Also I know that Eberflus has made the most out of what he’s got, but he probably needs to rein in those blitzes a little. Especially against smart vet QBs that know how to read a defense.

However, would it be fair to say that Henry is a more powerful back than Barkley and Elliot? I think Derrick Henry gets over 120+ yards, but there is no way Mariota/Gabbert will be as accurate as Manning was last week. Manning was feeling himself trying to bid for his starting QB spot next year.
Henry, for his size is more of a speed back than a power back imo. Barkley breaks tackles at a higher rate. As long as they contain the edge and prevent him from getting a head of steam, which is when he’s very tough to bring down, they’ll be able to keep his impact at a minimum.

Saquon Barkley is the best RB in the game he was utterly shut down. No Running Back can beat us.

If we win out and don’t make the playoffs then we have no one to blame but the Saints....and the Chargers.....and the Pats.

I want an Indy Revenge Tour.
Steelers in round one, Chargers in round two, Pats in round three, Saints for the Chip.

I never thought I’d say this, but ‘Let’s go Pats!’

One thing people are overlooking; with the Steelers losing today, provided that we win out, the Steelers or Ravens only need to lose one of their three games left. It would put us a half game over the Steelers or a full game over the Ravens. Steelers have the Pats next week and the Saints the following week and they just lost to the Raiders. Ravens have the Chargers in a couple weeks. If we win out we definitely have a great shot.

Jumbo set time!
Just wait for Reich to roll him out as an H Back. We’ll finally get to see the double reverse H Back pass from Haeg to Glowinski that we’ve all been waiting for.

Man, why is every thread about Colts TEs getting so TEsTE? (That's a low-hanging fruit joke)
That's what happens when people argue about apples/Doyles and oranges/Ebrons.

Well that sucks. Who else can we count on to bust coverages so we can see more deep balls? I’d rather them sit Bouye again and keep Ramsey’s cocky self in there.

Jalen Collins will reverse that trend.

As funny a nickname as Earl Grey is, naming our monster of a guard after a Lovecraftian god is much more apt than a tea. Well done.

When we all do the little things we’re unstoppable. I haven’t washed my Luck jersey or shaven during the win streak. You’re welcome Colts nation.

For real....think about it, we might end up getting the dreaded 32 draft pick, what good does that do when we already have the Jets’ 34? Freakin bust of a season if I ever saw one.
