Jon Bostic, Sean Spence and Clayton Geathers may develop into players others fear.

A lot will depend on the DEs and DTs. If they require double teams then I think Sheard will get his first season of double digit sacks.

Pagano could have started with Jackson and Morrison since they already knew the system. I believe he chose Bostic for a reason.

I know Pagano said you have to start somewhere in your depth chart but why Jon Bostic at ILB? Then I looked at some of Bostic's highlights. The man is big, strong, fast, and violent. I don't know why he never made a home at his other stops but our defense sure could use a dose of Ray Lewis mentality!

The kid had 7 ints playing with a hernia and hip injury. Not many people would want to tackle with those problems. I'm looking forward to watching a healthy Malik Hooker play.

It would seem that Ballard would bring in at least two more QBs if Luck could not be ready by training camp.

They can't retire all the great numbers. John Mackie was the greatest TE of the first 50 years football yet Marvin Harrison wore his #88.

Maybe Simon could move to one of the ILB spots.

I know Morrison was still injured when he ran on his pro day but his numbers did not show speed. They look average compared to DTs not LBs.

Maybe he could be evaluated better if we had a pass rush.

I was especially dissapointed with his blocking. On several plays he seemed to miss his block on purpose as if he thought he would get hurt.

I believe he was hurt in preseason.Thornton's a healthy scratch. He's still trying to learn the playbook too

A few of those guys are pro bowlers and so I would not call them underrated. It sure was great watching them through the years....Jimmy Orr, John Mackey, Tom Matte, Bert Jones, Chris Hinton, Roger Carr, Rick Volk, Bruce Laird, Mike Curtis, Lydell Mitchell...the list goes on and on

Yes he had a partial tear of the mcl. He had healed before the season ended but the Broncos had already designated a player to return and could not bring him back.Brother hes already healthy and ready to go.

We could poach Ansah from Detroit and pair him with Sheard or Basham. I like Mingo at SSLB and Simon at MLB. We could move Geathers to WSLB. Hankins and Ridgeway could play DTs. I believe we will draft Barkley or Fitzpatrick with our first pick instead of Chubb.
