Hard no to Young. Like i have said before. Young is so far from what Ballard has drafted in a player that I would be shocked. Just look at Ballard's drafts and good or bad, he values physical traits. I honestly, I see Ballard meeting Young and from 20 feet away before they shake hands, Ballard has cashed out. Sure he will smile and go through all the semantics but no way i see him drafting a qb of Young's size

Trust me by the time they get a dome and a new stadium, Fields will be lucky to be in the league. I will preface this. I dont think that Fields is the answer and Ballard apparently liked him which even cements the fact that he is not a good evaluator. Now if Striechen looks at him and says yes I can mold him into a star then go ahead because I trust Streichen in evaluating a qb based on his history. The most I would give up would be say a 2nd rounder and that maybe even to much. Trust me there will not be a lot of takers with regards to Fields but Ballard has a history of over paying ala Buckner and Wentz.

what is it about him that shows any ability to be an NFL qb? He is ultra athletic, but shows no eagerness to throw the ball and resorts to running. I don't seem them trading out as i don't believe there will be takers. I have them picking Carter and i dont see the Fields trade. They go with him and they will be picking early again next year. The coach and GM may know this, so to save their jobs maybe they trade him and say go for a guy like Levi. IT would give the coach and the GM more life. I think if they stick with Fields, the GM and Flus know they are dead men walking and wont be back in 2024.

Huh......Fields is no Hurts and Fields has proved nothing except the fact that he runs instead of passes. That is not what i want from my Qb. And answer yourself this. If the Bears are willing to trade him what does that tell you about Feilds? He cannot play qb. I am not all over Hurts either. I think the Eagles are going to hit a big thud next year. They are going to play a much harder schedule and i think they will have a wake up call. I still think Hurts has a kryptonite. You keep him in the pocket and make him run to his left and he is not the same guy. I will say that he will take a big step back next year. I am not into knighting a guy after one great year

I am a Harbaugh fan. The only thing about his style of team is this. He wants San Fran and the 49ers have been great a hitting on their picks and them becoming elite players. That is hard to duplicate. The way Harbaugh wants to play. He would have to have a very talented defense and strong Oline and some elite skilled players sprinkled in. I am not sure you can build that with regard to the cap. Like I said, the 49ers have been very lucky as they have not had to pay the qb and have hit on thier players.

Here's what I think. Before the draft u will hear that the Texans r willing to trade out of number one. That's always a red flag for a team that desperately needs that savior.

I think this. If Iirsay brings back Ballard , I think it is because of money. I think he will be done after next year and I think his impact in the draft will be less in 2023. I think he will be a lame duck GM. I think Irsay maybe willing to write off 2023 in hopes of getting his Manning, Luck in 2024. I think this 2023 draft does not offer to much. I also tikk they are going to have a hard time luring a great head coach with all thr crap that has happened this season. Now say in 2024 they have the number 1 pick. That is a franchise changer. If Saturday is the coach n 2023. That tells me , Irsay is going to burn another year.
