Dear God. What Minshew doing? These lollipops he’s throwing are terrifying.
-
Downs (rookie) with the perfect pick. Take notes Pitt & Pierce.
-
At least Gardner climbed the pocket and didn’t just stand there like it’s 7 on 7.

99 Problems!!!

That was a bad spot. If it was 4th down it was 4th and inches. Not a full yard.

Pierce with the hold. wth! Our receivers outside of Downs are trash.

Jags again do not respect the colts ability to stretch the field and again are loading the box. The lack of separation and a deep threat on the outside continues to haunt the Colts.
That’s why you gotta work Downs & the tight ends

Shane has to get Downs & the tight ends going. Those are our best matchups.

Minshew should’ve thrown out to Taylor in that 3rd & 2. One on one vs a linebacker. Take that matchup.

if AR fumbled there he'd get called injury prone and raimann would get blamed
its minshew so now its on him beause hes the backup.

AR gets blamed for his mistakes. So can Minshew.

how is that on minshew? lol
How is it not? Hanging in the pocket that long? It happened 3 times vs Ravens. Each easily could’ve been fumble too.
-
Minshew’ s luck with the fumbles from Baltimore hasn’t carried over.

My apologies. I was going off of what experts and stats are saying. I wrongfully ignored the opinions of opposing fans.
Check the numbers. He’s not that this year.

I just looked up the QB ratings and 3rd year starter Lawrence is 17th with an 89 rating while 3rd game rookie Richardson is 22nd with an 85.4 rating. Pretty darn close. As for QBR, they’re reversed and Richardson is 17th & Lawrence is 22nd. Those were ESPN stats. So show me where these others had him top 10 and by what metrics?

Yeah I did not like that drive. We had plenty of time to mix it up. The only thing I can think of is he thought he has rams on the rope after all those big plays. But that did not cost us the game. The first half Swiss cheese defense cost us the game.
We had the ball with under 2 minutes to go. Tie ball game. All we need is a field goal to win it. Everything prior is water under the bridge at that point. Put a drive together and go win it.
AR was 11-22 before that drive. Most of the big plays came off of him escaping and creating some throws downfield. We were supposed to pound the rock there. Run it with AR, get the clock rolling, and hopefully have 2nd and medium.

Last week the WR kept dropping passes. This week they got a pick six from the defense. Bills next week will be interesting.
Let’s hope they keep struggling

Shane cost us the game when he went pass, pass, pass on our last drive in regulation. All we needed was a field goal. We were lucky the Rams didn’t kill us in regulation. Run the ball on 1st down and get the clock running. I’d have even called a Richardson designed run to the edge. Anything but pass, pass, pass. Run it. Then take a shot up the seam on 2nd. Shane & AR still working out the kinks at home. They’ll get there.

Jags offense did not look great this morning.
They haven’t looked great in any game. Not even ours (their best game). He just made a few big time throws but our lack of a running game gifted them that win.

No DB’s could cover for as long as Stafford had back there in the pocket. Our front 7 let down the backend. The Bengals just mauled the Rams all game last week. We let him get too comfortable for long stretches of the game.

Probably need to chill. We’ve lost 2 games to top 10 QBs. We were in both games and the secondary made some nice plays in each. Stafford had a lot of time to pick on us today. No NFL secondary can stick to receivers that long.
Lawrence is not a top 10 QB

Ugh...17 days until it begins.
Enough time for our receivers to work on catching the ball. Is there a deep threat we can get for JT?

We’re not moving on from him for a while. If he loses 3 or 4 in a row & AR isn’t coming back, we go to Sam and let him finish the tank for Young Marv.
