  1. I've defended Irsay's trolling before but this is beyond stupid. 1 hour before you present the future franchise QB you post this nonsense. wth is he thinking. What happens when some of the reporters ask Richardson for his opinion on his teams owner tweeting this?
  2. It's time for everyone to make an official pledge to never even put the mayo jar on the same table with a cup of coffee and to never even bite into banana until the full peel is off and in the trash can.
  3. It's over. Frank didn't speak... he spoke yesterday I think. Haven't watched him.
  4. Not sure if this is the first time I'm hearing this but it definitely explains a lot of it. He's also very soft-spoken.
  5. Watching Bryce Young's presser... He is REALLY REALLY GOOD with the media. Extremely polished and very smart.
  6. The Anthony Richardson presser is at 4:15pm today it seems!
  7. The Panthers are presenting Bryce Young right now. Do we know when the Colts will present AR?
  8. It's funny that Richardson gave us more info about the offense he's going to run with the Colts than Steichen did yesterday
  9. No idea... I'm just assuming(ballpark)... might be 200 and not 500... but there must be some number because I gave tons and tons of likes to people celebrating the pick in the this thread and at some point I ran out ... it says "You've exceeded your reactions limit for the day" or something of the sort. It seems like the site has a limit for the number of reactions you can give to people in a day. It has never happened to me before to run out of reactions, but today I did because I went on a "liking spree" after our pick
  10. They are gone now again! I don't know how it works... I thought I might have gotten 500 new ones, but after I gave a few it again says I'm over the limit for the day
  11. I got my likes back!!! WOOOO!! First we pick Anthony Richardson and now I get like... 500 more likes to give... what a day!
  12. Yeah, in essence the Texans paid a QB price for that trade up to select a non-QB, because they were supposedly outbidding another team that actually wanted a QB. It's really hard to make the value of that trade good for the Texans. Just non-QBs... even some of the best of them, don't have that value.
  13. Kept their own pick for next year ... and gotten another top player at 12(or maybe even made a small trade up if they liked anyone from the 5-10 range... and gotten another good player at 33 today... and gotten another day 2 player next year.
  14. They could have had their savior at 2 if they believe he's the guy... and then another top player at 12... and then another one at 33 and then their own possible top 5 pick next year to pick the savior of their savior(Marvin Harrison Jr) and then another day 2 player next year.
  15. They don't need to tank in order to be bad. I don't think they will be much better than this year.
  16. He is going to be good, but they gave up quite possibly another top 5 pick in order to get him. And next year's draft is stronger than this years.... no Caleb for them... no Marvin Harrison Jr for them...
  17. BTW.... just how stupid are the Texans? They gave up their own 2024 pick in that trade up to no. 3! + a 2nd+3d!!! I have no idea why some people think this is a good move.
  18. Awesome to see you back SteelCityColt. Hope everything is good with you. So I take it you are excited for the pick? BTW seems like I've used all my reactions for today since I went on a "liking spree" after we picked AR... and now I'm no longer allowed to react to posts
  19. Yeah, the best way I've found to describe him is "personable". Some QBs seem very scripted and over-rehearsed.. and while no doubt he's had some media training, Richardson still lets his personality shine through and still tries to give real answers to most of the questions, rather than prepared PR spin.
  20. We should have taken Jake Haener at 4. He's probably the most accurate QB in this draft.
  21. Did Ballard say that? I think I missed it. BTW, this is another good sign for Richardson if he didn't leak anything. Usually when teams tell the player, everybody gets to know by the time they are picked... and with Richardson noone knew ... Yep... having a double treat QB opens up a ton of possibilities. It just changes the math of the defense completely. Pretty much the whole offense benefits - the RB play against LBs in conflict, the WRs get more one-on-ones, the QB gets more favorable situations in both the run and the pass... Yeah, sorry for poking you and joking with you a bit about the possibility too I wonder if Levis goes ahead of Hooker?
