  1. Nah, not changing. Every year is like this... at least athletically we kill the draft.
  2. He better be right... because I don't love any of the remaining LBs...
  3. Colts got 2 players that legitimately could have gone on day 2... if not R2... Love the draft so far. Even if we didn't have a single pick more, it would be great draft... and we still have like... 5-6 more picks.
  4. Great value. Love the pick. I thought he would go much earlier. Big, long corner with great athleticism. Was great at the Senior Bowl. Ran the routes for some receivers at the Senior Bowl. Very impressive fluid movement The best thing is... there is a lot of unexplored potential with him. He used to play WR and has only played CB for 2 years. And he still looks very solid technically. It's interesting that he's more of a man corner right now... Love the pick. Also... just in case you doubted it... RAS monster:
  5. I swear the Colts should just hire the guy that does the RAS and make that formula proprietary. We can call it... BallaRAS
  6. What a draft. I'm really happy with how Ballard has handled this draft. Let players fall to us. Reminds me a bit of how the Ravens used to draft... just wait and let players fall to them and snatch them at great value.
  7. OK, @NFLfan I don't get that pick of yours... there were better corners than Ward IMO.
  8. Nooooooooo, Tyler Scott gone too... Jake Witt please... second project tackle
  9. Charlie Jones gone... before Tyler Scott... weird.
  10. NFLfan, don't despair. Feels like you really are not liking your draft so far. I don't think it's bad... Addison is really good player and he fits really well with Jefferson. Blackmon is a bit slight, but he graded really well in college in both zone and man coverage. He also tested well so... he might be good for you too.
  11. Jon Gaines gone too... damn, wanted him for us.
  12. Great value. He was projected higher pretty much everywhere. Another RAS monster who needs work with his technique. But perfectly fits Ballard's mold - really long arms(almost 34"), incredibly explosive, great agility... played from variety of alignments in college. It would be interesting to hear what their plans are for him? Will he be 3T predominantly? Or are they thinking about slimming him down a bit and moving him outside to EDGE?
  13. Unfortunately Vorhees is going to be red shirted with his injury. I guess with this many picks we can invest one of them for a talented player for the future rather than for this year...
  14. I wonder what is their plan for him. He played from variety of alignments in college... from the 5tech, 3 tech, outside the tackle... I wonder if they are going to try to slim him down a bit and put him at DE? Or is 3T better spot for him... ?
  15. Again... IMO he's athletic enough... he was athletic enough to be top 5... not sure he's polished enough to be taken at 35. But he hits all the Ballard marks - not tall but super long arms... and really explosive and fast... a true freak.
  16. late picks serve as more of ... making sure you don't have to fight with other teams for to sign them as UDFAs...
  17. HAahahahahha... Ballard is trolling us now...
  18. He's too athletic and too toolsy to be 6-7th rounder. I felt like 4thround is about right spot. You will need to get him stronger and coach him up, but he has the athletic tools to be a good player.
