  1. I like him better than Stroud and Levis. I do think Stroud will be good.
  2. It could be a smokescreen but then again he may have had a couple of scotches on the rocks and just said how he felt
  3. Irsay seems to love Young, Irsay doesn't know how to cook but he knows football
  4. Jalen Hurts was drafted at pick 53, 2nd round. He is a top 5 QB in today's league. He has the right surroundings.
  5. All in all, I want Young, I could care less about his size. He is the best QB out there coming out IMO.
  6. That is 3 game sample size. It is not like watching Peyton playing 1 bad game vs Florida.
  7. JT would make it a lot easier on a QB, you can use play action with him. Fields has a pile of crap in Chicago.
  8. I hope so, he is going to be another Tim Couch IMO, Couch was actually better in college.
  9. The Bears do not have a RB like Taylor and 60.4% is above average, I never said the guy had great accuracy. I said above average.
  10. I watched him play against Georgia, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt, freakin Vanderbilt and he stunk.
  11. I am tired of retreads as well. Matt Ryan let me down but Fields is only 23 years old and now has experience in the NFL, I would not classify him as a retread. A retread to me is someone that is 30 years or older and has just a few years left. Carr would be a retread.
  12. This place will implode if we don't draft Young or Stroud or don't get Fields in some type of trade. If we draft Levis I may implode though , I don't see him being any good at all.
  13. It usually takes a QB 3 or 4 years before they become good or great. Unless you are Andrew Luck.
  14. I said the same thing about Hurts and he was just in the SB. I was wrong about how good Hurts could be.
  15. I wasn't a Fields fan when he came out of college but I thought he did ok with what he had to work with. He is a dual QB as well. A lot like Hurts. Shane would do well with him IMO.
  16. The thing I love about Fields is he now has a couple years under his belt. He is strong, fast, and young - accuracy is above average, it would be an ok move IMO, pair him up with Taylor, who knows??
  17. Mathurin is better than I thought he would be. I only had us winning around 30 games.
  18. Yep, Haliburton getting injured hurt us bigtime, we lost 7 in a row after he got injured. Good win last night over the Bulls to end that streak. Pacers are 24-25 through 49 games. Better than I thought they would be. I had the Pacers as a top 5 worse team to begin the season.
  19. Man you are old (sarcasm, joking). For the record Unitas was better than Starr. I have seen film on both and I know their resumes. I have been a fan since 1984 since I was 13, the first time I really got excited was when Dickerson got traded here in 1987. I knew we had the best team in the AFC East then. Dickerson was a one man wrecking crew.
  20. Aaron just the S word on ESPN and it didn't get beeped out .
  21. I wish we would have played them and we should have. They had like 5 turnovers and still barely lost. I had a bad vibe going into that SB vs the Saints. It seemed like the whole world was rooting for the Saints because of the Hurricane they had a couple years prior. Kate Couric and Obama were on CBS saying go Saints + I hated the fact that Peyton and Reggie are from the New Orleans as well. Something seemed fishy about that game from the get go and the way it ended looked phony but it is what it is.
  22. We just possibly witnessed a top 5-7 QB of all-time play his last game.
