Interesting, because if Taylor felt like he was unable to play, you would think he would tell the coaching staff, I can't go. The medical staff also has to clear a player to play the upcoming game. No player can be forced to play - I have never heard of the that in following the sport for 5 decades. If I was a player and felt like I couldn't go or wasn't near 100%, I would say I am out. Isn't that common sense?

I get what you are saying but to me Taylor makes his job easier. I want AR to run because he can get a lot of yards when doing so, but not much running because I don't want him getting injured like Luck and Lamar have been. Allen is heading down that same path taking hits. I want to see AR pass the majority of the time with like 4 or 5 timely runs in there for possible big gains.

Cubs pulled a Brewers on the Brewers . Back to back 1 run wins and we finally got the breaks against them. Cubs win 3-2, and win the Set 2-1. I will take it. Last day of August and the NL Playoff race looks like this: 1. Braves = 87-45, leads the NL East 2. Dodgers = 83-49, leads the NL West 3. Brewers = 74-59, leads the NL Central 4. Phillies = 74-59, 1st Wildcard spot 5. Cubs = 71-62, 2nd Wildcard spot 6. Giants = 69-64, 3rd Wildcard spot Teams on the outside looking in: Diamondbacks = 69-65 Reds = 69-66 Cubs have an off day tomorrow. They are currently only 3 games back of the Brewers in the the NL Central. They have a strangled hold on that 5th Playoff spot. Through August, this is looking good for the Cubs playoff wise and the Division is still winnable. Go Cubs Go. Home of the 2016 World Series Champions . Fly the Flag @HOZER -
That is why I said the Colts wouldn't trade him unless they got huge compensation. As in a 1st round and 2nd round pick in 2024 for example. That wasn't offered by any team are the reports. I have been saying the Colts wouldn't trade him for at least a week now because they think Taylor is very valuable and they weren't just going to give him up for peanuts.

Stephen Holder said this morning, he knows who the mystery team is. He said he couldn't say but told Bowen it was an NFC team. I pretty much know who it is, it is Carolina. That hint gave it away. Reich loves JT and like us he has a rookie QB so JT would help that team a lot. We could still trade him even with him on PUP. The Pats traded Gilmore to Carolina when he was on PUP. He just can't play until week 5.

Brewers are beatable after all. About time. Cubs end the Brewers 9 game win streak with fantastic pitching. A 1-0 shutout, Steele got another win, Alzolay closes it down. We keep a strangled hold on that 5th playoff spot at 70-62 and are now just 4 games behind the Brewers again in the NL Central. Rubber match tomorrow. Fly the Flag @HOZER -
That is strange how agents would blast him. He has had a great track record of re-signing his own players to huge contracts. Just recently see Leonard and Nelson. Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison as well. He paid Peyton for not even playing in 2011, he paid Luck in 2019 after he retired. 1st time he doesn't (Taylor) he gets blasted, That is pretty weak.
