  1. Got to hand it to Bogie. He argues and argues but will come clean when the goose is cooked.

There's a difference between dink-and-dunk and a short passing game, if that makes any sense. The Pats have had a good short passing game for years. The 49ers had a good short passing game in the 80s.

  2. There have been tons of Frank Reich type games throughout history. Doug Williams? Jeff Hostetler? How about ole Night Train Lane setting the interception record even though he'd never played football before??? I suppose that was rigged too for the gamblers to make more rocks or frogs or whatever they used as currency back then.

  3. I haven't seen the last few games myself but I've said this before - every quarterback has a 4 turnover game every year that they hang around after their postprime and it's always a big game. Sounds dumb right...go look it up. Favre, Warner, Marino, and even Peyton (Superbowl last year, Falcons the year before). Atleast he got it out of the way before the Superbowl this year. I don't pick the Broncos to win the Superbowl this year but I don't think it will be because Peyton blows some game by himself.

  4. Rodgers definitely looks like an old woman sewing against any good defense. That's as close to threading the needle as he gets. Brady would be the best bet if I had to choose a pocket passer to beat Seattle but face it, they don't just have those players defended. They have that entire brand of football defended.

  5. The Seahawks would beat the Packers, Pats or Broncos 77-0 right now if they played. I don't say that because they're unbeatable, but because a traditional passing game with a traditional pocket passer is just a bug on their windshield. Now, is there any of kind of quarterback in the playoffs? Cam and Stafford are really the only other ones but the Seahawks would still win against them because their so much better in other areas. I would say Romo, Rivers or Ryan but their running/slinging day appear to be behind them. The Seahawks have got this imo.

  6. If anything isn't rigged it's the older games. The Frank Reich game will always be 1 of the greatest comebacks no matter how many times it's topped because of the era in which it happened. I fall asleep during games like that now because it's possible to dragass for 3 quarters then win a game easier now than ever before.

  7. They'll have the worst record but would you bet against them if they got Green Bay, Detroit or Dallas? I know Dallas looks good but they looked good in 2009 when a Vikings team that everybody thought was a fraud bashed their skulls in.

  8. I so don't give a **** about this record situation, especially when the rest of the NFC appears to trying to blow it. By the time the playoffs get here, the South winner won't even look out of place.

  9. Jeez poor ATL. Injuries all over the place.

They're about to start picking on whoever's covering Graham now. Atlanta will have to just keep trading scores to win now.

  10. Also Freeman is a beast. I knew this before the TD he just scored. I live in Florida and I'm a Seminole fan. If I were a GM I would draft every RB from Jimbo Fisher because they were all top recruits once, then I would sign every undrafted one of which there are many because of his NFL Blitz offense.

  11. Julio Jones is an underrated Steve Largent/Hines Ward type. He's more tough than he is good, but in the increasingly rare time that straight toughness wins a battle these days, you want him on your side.

Also Atlanta just needs to get up for their easier games and they'll be fine. They've lost some big games too but not because they didn't show up.

  12. What are you talking about? I guess you had a problem? I am sorry I made a comment to you, it wont happen again.

You've quoted 90% of this thread and gave the same response about that person's opinion being illogical. Then you quoted my post twice, and I'm not referring to the obvious double qoute within 1 post goof you just did, I'm referring to how you actually made 2 separate quotes posts to tell me how illogical my opinion is.

    You mad bro.

  13. Impressive stat provided by Favre's agent in case anyone cared. Does that erase all those interceptions that Favre threw?

Actually it was provided by Scott Kacsmar, the same guy who wrote the infamous "Aaron Rodgers is not a clutch quarterback" article after the Bengals game that they blew last season. It included a ton of similar stats that everybody ignores.

If Favre's interceptions negate everything, then so do Blanda's, Marino's Johnny U's and the rest of the HoFers on the 10 most INT'd list. And while were at it same for Peyton, Moon, Elway and the other HoFers who are on the top 20 most INT'd list.
