  1. This another guy to look at if you need a field stretcher. I watched every game
  2. One name that everybody on this forum has ignored is Xavier Weaver from Colorado. He's got the right height and runs close to 4.3. I watched pretty much every Colorado game bc of Deion. He is a pretty good deep threat if we don't take anybody in round 2. Good with the ball after the catch as well. Plays inside and outside. Also special teams. I can tell you confidently he can play.
  3. Craig Speedster from Yale who ran a 4.22 at a private workout with the Colts and has a 99 RAS but all teams crossed him off bc of a medical issue that Colts doctors advised was actually minimal. Lol!
  4. Watch Ballard pull some WR out of the hat that we weren't even thinking about
  5. I get this odd feeling Ballard will go with Ladd Mcconkey. Heck of a route runner I will say that and really fast. I can see Ballard doing that.
  6. Yup scratch Legette off the list
  7. Just when I spoke Carolina traded up. I know they are going to take Legette.
  8. Well you have to remember the draft order will be pretty much the same. A lot of these teams in front of us already took a WR in Rd 1 so there probably won't be as big a run on WR before our pick. I'm hoping we can get Legette.
  9. I'm hoping the Bills don't take Legette at 32
  10. When have we kept any of these short contract guys? Paye is the run stuffing edge in this D. That's his job. He doesn't have to be Freeneys.
  11. KC just traded up. Watch they take Worthy!
  12. Dag gon it! Brian Thomas to the Jags
  13. Ebukam is a free agent. You know Ballard isn't letting one of his draft picks out the door for a guy on a short term contract. And Dayo is more of an interior lineman who can play edge. He isn't a full time edge. I don't think we ever were fooled by what Paye was when we drafted him. We knew he wasn't a high sack player. Both of the edges in this D don't have to be high sack guys. One guy can be more of the run stuffer. And the other guy more of the high sack guy. It's good if you can get big numbers out of both but one of them is the more run stuff specialist.
  14. I think Paye still gets resigned. Will let Ebukam go next season
  15. If that somehow happened(and I deeply doubt it) we would have Marvin and Reggie all over again. Lol! 1 coach and 1 player this time.
  16. If anybody can make teams pay when Pittman is doubled it's this guy. For him to be so tall I love his wiggle and ability to run after catch. And he does the short game too. Verticals aren't all he does. I think he runs good routes also. Has good hands as well. Will have some occasional drops that are more focus related than hand problems. Personally I don't think we are missing much if we get him instead of one of the other top 3. He can be molded into a beast with a few tweaks. I'm scared he might go before our pick.
  17. No bc that can heal. He isn't the only one coming in with something. Give it the time it needs. I'm only concerned if it's potentially season ending
  18. Another thing to note is the man had 17 tds in the SEC on a team where he wasn't even the primary receiver. He did this with Nabers on the team. So imagine what that looks like in these games where teams want to double Pittman.
  19. Of course the speed is real unique in terms of him always being a top level separator. What I also like for him to be such a big dude is his feet. He's actually pretty nimble after the catch in small spaces. I thought he just played on the outside but I've seen LSU play him from the inside as well. Also see them throw him quick hitter, screen type passes that he makes extra yards out of. I think he has very good hands and he is good with his routes. I didn't dwell much on attacking the football because that can be taught if it's an issue. I've seen some say he doesn't always go all out every time but no prospect is perfect in college. If I had things to fix I don't see big holes in his game. Just few things I like but not exhaustive
  20. I look at all of them but I highlight the ones I feel strongest about from time to time. Thomas is up there for me and may be there when we pick. Of course we have no control over the selection as fans
  21. Man I feel real strong about Brian Thomas jr. I think it's on and cracking if we get him. His game is just consistent and he is such a hard cover. I like him being paired with Pittman. I really do!
  22. Just pointing out the connection. I noticed some similarities in Loggains offense to our stuff. Then I understood why when I saw they had been on the same staff previously. I'm sure Loggains helped Cooter and Steichen out quite a bit with stuff they needed to know on Legette. But yeah banging the table is possible! Lol
  23. I don't know if anybody else noticed but I did. Jim Bob Cooter and Dowell Loggains the OC for South Carolina were on the same staff together with the Jets
