He's still 19...wow. still taking Smith. The Butkus award winner at 12... Would not select either at 6

No...We "build our team around the draft...a core of young players" -CB

My fear with this guy is that he is more Brian Bosworth than Brian Urlacher. The main reason I like Raquon Smith...aside from the wonderful game tape...is that he reminds me of a 5 star version of Gary Brackett...and Gary was a great Colt. Colts want a Mike, Malik Jefferson will be there in the second.

12. Smith ILB
22. Sutton WR
36. Alexander CB or Oliver CB
37. O'Neil OT or Miller OT
49. Jefferson ILB
67. Hand DT or Green DT
104. Johnson RB, Penny RB or Jones II RB
BPA...
Would be an interesting draft class...

Pats will stand pat and grab Sutton WR and Mason Rudolph QB or an OT.

I'm not so sure they are set on drafting a QB at #1 or #4 with their recent history not only drafting bad QBs but with their record. I think guys that will help them win now are more important than a QB 1-2 years away... 0-32 or 1-31 over the last 2 years... I think ownership wants to see progress...7-9 or 8-8 would be like winning the Super Bowl for this franchise. An experienced QB for this team is the more appropriate option...than looking for that first winning lottery ticket in a top 5 QB. 50% fail... Ray/Colin make a good point about QBs...

Fort Hays State... Nathan Shepard...might be worth considering mid-rounds

Oklahoma City Panthers here we go ha...

Except for the Price pick (Should go Top CB, ILB or Guice RB if he fell to 36). Not sure why everyone is looking at Price as anything but Mewhort 2.0...could get a similar G at 49. Nice mock though. Like the Hurst pick...Would really like a Hurst and Rashad Green duo at 37 and 49...OT in 3rd is perfect.
Cheers...

I didn’t expect many people to get the joke (if even anyone at all). Unfortunately, I don’t think @FalseStart got it.
Have not had cable TV in 5 years...not sure what it is referencing.

Not a fan. You waited too long to get BPA, and I’m not sure a female sycamore is ready for the NFL.
What...You didn’t like the Folo, moko, jo jo, fo, jo, co... was shooting for the absurd. And don’t you underestimate the legs of a sycamore Lol

With the addition of Taylor #1 QB and Stanton #2 QB, Could Cleveland Go Barkley #1 and Chubb at #4?

no one is saying "Just draft an ILB at 6" ...... If we feel TE is our franchise ILB to lead our D for the foreseeable future then he would be a great pick at 6 (obviously better at 12 if he was there because we gained extra picks trading down.....duh). If we do not feel he is that guy, then he would be a bad pick at 6 or 12.
Not sure why folks respond to others opinions on these forums with hypothetical statements that lead to no where.

Nice Post. Based on the craziness that we all have seen over the past few drafts...the top 12 will be infiltrated by the asinine player evaluations and comical decisions of other... football organizations. This will result in 1-5 (Including QBs) random players getting picked much earlier than they should have.

Nice...Would be hard to pass up a running back in the 2nd-3rd round though. There are a few good ones...

I dont understand how people can say things like this. Edmunds has the potential to be one of the very best ILB in the NFL. How can he be an ok pick at 12 but not 6? You either think he is the guy we want, or you don't.
What part of it is making it difficult for you to understand? His value IMO...is not one that would warrant a top 10 selection...just as a round three guy may not warrant a first round selection...or a kicker in the 1st-5th rounds...etc.
I am assuming you have understood the bigger picture of us drafting at 12 rather than at 6 (Additional picks at #x,y,z)
I would prefer Smith at 12...if Edmunds was drafted at 12 I would be happy...because either with the additional draft picks would be a more valued and glorious pick. Just draft an ILB at 6...no.

Mike and Will would be set for years to come...any concern about Roquan not getting off NFL blocks...take Hurst, Hand, Green DT in the 2nd or 3rd...slide in a CB like Alexander, Oliver or Hill... Defense beginning to look formidable.
