Great decision. A- grade w/ the pick or another trade to come...
Chubb or Nelson will be there

Seeing a lot of venom, uncertainty, and/or generalized ballyhoo on how our team has been or is doing this off season. Wanted to start a topic so that the Colts Nation can voice his/her concerns. And here we go...
-
I don't think we will get to clever...
RD1: #3 Trade to Cleveland for #4, #33, #114
RD1: #4 Chubb DE
RD2: #33 O'Neil OT
RD2: #36 Hernandez G
RD3: #67 Jefferson ILB or Goedert TE

We in good position if he is or is not available. A great running back can make a teams Defense better...ball control. I hope FA pulls in a couple OL players to make the call to select a RB at #3 much easier...hard to consider right now.
"It would be very difficult for the Colts to pass up an opportunity to add such a talented player to an offense that finished just 31st in total offense in 2017."
-
Replace Key with Evans ILB or Miller OT, O'Neil OT...looks good. FA is not looking so OL positive right now

Would not be surprised if the Browns go;
1. Barkley (Jim Brown Type Era Begins again in Cleveland)
4. Nelson...putting him next to Thomas on the left side...
33. QB...
-
I appreciate this mock...except for that round 3 pick. RD 3: Maybe Rankin OT, Elliot S, Clark WR, Moore WR, Victor ILB, etc...
-
-
Guice in the second would be a nice addition. Probably will not make it past pick 20-25. Otherwise, I don't see a RB pick until round 3-5. Too many needs elsewhere and Mack is pretty good. Ronald Jones is somebody to keep an eye on as well.
-
Barkley at #1 (Jim Brown is back in Cleveland)...Assessing what the Colts would take for #3...They offer #4 and #33... Colts Contemplate trade and ask for an additional pick in the 3-4th round.
-
I would do this deal. 2 First Rounders and 2 Round Rounders... 4 players will make more of an impact than one top five pick...especially with all of our current team needs...just spitballing this from DraftTek real quick...
FA: Norwell G, Pryor WR, Johnson CB, etc...
3. TRADE to Buffalo for 21,22,53,55
21. Landry DE (From Buffalo)
22. Jackson CB (From Buffalo)
36. O'Neil OT (Colts Pick)
53. Goedart TE (From Buffalo)
55. Phillips DT (From Buffalo)
67. Chubb RB (Colts Pick)
103. Moore WR (Colts Pick)

Would not be a bad haul...for Chubb DE

There's a trade...This just in Andrew Luck, the star quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, has been traded to Cleveland for #1, #4 and #33 picks in the 2018 Draft. I would be among the 10% Happy.
Colts Select: #1 Barkley RB, #3 Chubb DE and #4 Nelson G, #33 Miller OT, #36 Evans ILB

RD1#6: Chubb DE NC STATE
RD2#36: Guice RB LSU
RD2#37: Evans ILB BAMA

Not a fan of Key...(We got Mingo...) Would go Evans ILB, Williams OT, Hand DE or Payne DT at that pick if available. Nice Mock.
-
Absolutely. A couple of 1st Round picks and a 2nd would do it for me...
If that is on the table and the Colts like Rosen, Darnold...and one of these Guys fell to #3.
Have him sit one year behind Brissett... Then with the 2 Colts first rounders combined with the 2 first rounders for Luck one GM could set-up that QB with a very good supporting cast over the next two years.
-
Hurst DT MICHIGAN, Bryant DT UF, Hand BAMA DT, Hubbard DE OSU, Frazier OLB MIZZ, Lewis DE OSU
-
Not a fan of Key...switch out Key with one of these if they fell;
Bryant DT UF, Evans ILB Bama, Ward CB OSU, etc...would be a near perfect draft. Nice Mock.
-
FA: Norwell G, Robinson/Landry or Latimer WR, Johnson CB
Ideally, we trade down once...w/Cleveland
*If we could trade down twice, then...w/ Cleveland and then w/ Denver or Jets.
RD1#3: Trade to Cleveland for #4 and #33
*RD1#4/6/7: Chubb DE NCSTATE or Nelson G ND
RD2#33: Ward CB OSU or Guice RB LSU
RD2#36: Bryan DT UF or Jefferson ILB UT
*RD2#37/40: R. Jones RB USC or Hand DT BAMA
RD3#67: Meeks CB STANFORD or Vander Esch ILB BOISE STATE
RD4#99: Gesicki TE PSU or Bozeman OC-G BAMA
RD5...BPA...

Guice reminds me more of Edge than Barkley... I would absolutely take Guice in the second. Would love a one-two punch with Norwell in FA. Ideally, trade back once...or twice and this luxury pick of a RB in the second would make more sense.
Could the Colts Parlay a 2nd rounder for Irving?
