  1. So you decide to post this after they barely lose against a very good Saints team? The Texans had the Saints number today but as stated earlier, they choked. The Texans are legit. They have been building that team for years and finally it is coming together. In my opinion, with the way the Texans have been playing, even if Peyton Manning was playing, we would have split the season with the Texans 1-1 this year.

  2. i think because we have to many run stoppers, but just a thought.

lmao, I feel he was the only respectable DT we had that could stop the run. But I since some sarcasm here.

I am guessing it was the latter I highly doubt the Colts would have cut him if he just wanted to be treated like a starter and provding leadership and was stepping up. In fact I am sure they would have welcomed him with open arms.

I know, it's just that I hate when the Colts have these "mysterious cuts" and no one knows why the person got until later in the year. I was really looking forward to him playing also. :(

  3. Did Tommie Harris beat out the other DT's for the starting position? If so, treat him like a starter. I understand it's team first but there is also a thing called "leadership" and "stepping up". Maybe him wanting to be treated like a starter was to show his leadership skills. Now, if he wanted to be treated like a star and had a snobbish attitude, then yeah, give him the boot. But if he wanted recognition and he earned it, give it to him. If we were to sign a good veteran DB and he out performed the guys on the team, give the guy some recognition.

  4. We were better off saving the money we used for Collins and just use Painter all season. I gave Collins a chance but when you can barely produce against the Browns, then you lose my support. Painter could have not done any worse. With playing Painter, we can see if he's our QB of the future or not. But with playing Collins, only thing this shows is how bad this team needs a high caliber QB that can cover all of the team's flaws on both sides of the ball like Peyton does.

  5. I see us winning this 13-10. Like the OP said, it's the Browns so they're offense is a little more predictable than the Texans. The Colts tend to do well against one dimensional run teams (ie '09 Jets). Hopefully, we can contain Peyton Hillis and Josh Cribbs. Other than that, Colt McCoy shouldn't be a problem. We can't be THIS low of a team without Peyton Manning....I hope.
