Yeah, I should use the sarcasm sign but I feel that weakens it.
I do want a premium pass rusher first and foremost and the best chance for those is round one.
I'm not sure we'll get a premium pass rusher where we are going to be picking from in the first. My hope is that Turay and Lewis develop into that (looking good so far) and that everyone drafts defensive line heavy early and often (seeing as this defensive line draft will be very good) and that there is serious talent available when we pick. Defensive secondary, linebacker, whatever it may be. Top notch talent that would be top 10-15 on any given year but this one. We might luck into a top notch defensive lineman, but we could put a serious playmaker at cornerback.

Keep in mind, it isn't just Ballard that has the eye for talent. He's just the one that pulls the trigger. Ed dodds, rex hogan and co. are some legit scouting leaders that Ballard brought on board. It is paying off. We should all feel very good about this front office.

I was kidding. He killed it with all the second rounders this year but I still want a first rounder.
I'm good at speaking sarcasm, not good at sensing it. There are several that have made similar comments about moving our first back. If the price is right, by all means... but we could steal a damn good player late in the first.

Jets keep losing we have their second
Looking like a top 5 pick also... Green Bay and New England to finish the season = 4 wins for the Jets this year.
Can we add another Braden Smith or Darius Leonard with that? Yes please...

Now I want him to trade down and load up on second rounders
Why? This first round is gearing up to be loaded with defensive playmakers. You don't want to snag another Leonard type impact player? We have 2 2nd rounders. Who is to say he won't make a move or two to land another without moving our 1st rounder?

Oh no,..not the defense...I have yet to fully research them...but i am sure i'll like that match-up more.
I think I give the Cowboys kudos because of their hot streak coming into today, and that I think Dak is better than anything the Giants can field right now.
I was very impressed with our defense today. More than i have been all year... and I spoke highly of them preseason and predicted consistent growth all year (much to the disagreement of many on here- some even still believe they are moderately talented...lol)

I'm am more scared of Barkley and OBJ that I am of Zeke and Cooper. Just stating that now.
I'm not... One bit.
I'm definitely not more scared of the Giants defense than the Cowboys...

My opinion?
Let's enjoy this win today and enjoy next week. I enjoyed the Hell out of today, even though we still need help to make the playoffs. Let's enjoy next week and see how things play out before stressing about the Titans.

Did they make the trip or are there just that many cowboys fans everywhere?
Both. Hotels were full of them.

We gotta be happy with this! Long touchdown drive out of halftime and we are in good shape.

Lewis is big time folks... big time.

Why leave thier best player open lol?
Eberflus was yelling on the sideline to get wide. No one on that side of the field. Too easy.

Have to take advantage of tipped passes. Excellent play by Leonard... Walker dropped the ball. Huge mistake.

Cowboys fans always travel well. When I went to the 1999 game I would say 40% of the crowd was pro Dallas. Marvin burned Deion and we won . Just have to shut them up again.
Cowboys fans are like cockroaches... especially when they are winning. They come out of the woodwork all over America.

Haeg is starting RG....Glowinski and Andrews are inactive.
Haeg is fine. Kelly back is good timing with Glowinski. I look for a solid day from the o-line. Get Mack going early, and we'll have some fun.

Cool we can send them home crying
If there is ever a time to win in a blowout, it is today. The majority is walking around picking fights.

Disappointed in the amount of Cowboys fans that are here this morning. Club seating and all.

Ballard is definitely moving on...

Yes. They play the Jets, Eagles, and Jags to finish. If they beat the Jags and one of the others, we will be tied in the top two tiebreakers. Head to head. Division win/loss. It then goes to record among common opponents, and they would get us with one of the Eagles/Jets wins...

I have Zeke Elliott on fantasy. I don't need but maybe 10 points from him to win comfortably in the playoffs as I have a sizeable lead (cheers Indy, give him Hell). But as I clicked on his weekly forecast, I couldn't help but smile as I see this.
Oh how far we have come...

It doesn't look good for TY to play. but... This team NEEDS to win without him. The confidence boost it would provide to this young receiving core to have a big day, and to Luck to play big without his go-to, would be huge to finish on a playoff push. Can you imagine an Andrew Luck with even more confidence in the playoffs? PLAYOFFS? Let's win this week, whattya say?

If we have non stop pressure on Dak we will win this game. I think they will be force feeding Zek though.
Force feed him then. We have stopped the run all year. I don't see why that will change here. We will focus on stopping the run and putting pressure on dak like our gameplan was executed near flawless last week. Just have to limit big plays, and score the points offensively. I expect a playoff atmosphere. This team deserves that from the fans. This is a big game, and this team has exceeded expectations from A LOT of this fanbase.
Ballard absolutely killed it this past offseason

Hence the part of my post that said those gentlemen were some "legit scouting leaders that Ballard brought onboard."
