#1. Bjoern Werner-DE/OLB-FSU-6'4-275-4.7

Born in Germany, has only played football for 5 years and his upside in unlimited. All -American, was 2nd in the nation with 13 sacks, was predicted to go as high as #2-overall, before a slow 40 time at the combines dropped his stock ( Trying to stop laughing-the good teams just sit back and wait for the "other" teams to screw up and take advantage-I love it!!) Has been compared to Chris Long . Oustanding player and production, who as great as he already is , can really improve his game with more experience.

highest rating: #2-overall (by many publications)

#3. Hugh Thornton-G-Illinois-63-320-5.1

Has played Guard, right tackle and left tackle, very good athlete, very versatile, very aggressive and tough linemen

highest rating: #5 G (Pro Football weekly)

#4. Khaled Holmes-C-USC-63-308-5.1

!st team All Pac-12, can play guard, very similar to Thornton in makeup, was highest rated center before season started

highest rating: #2 C (USA today)

#5. Montori Hughes-DT-Tennesee/Martin-64-330-5.0

1st team All Ohio valley conference, was dismissed from Tennesee for off field issues, but has matured and stayed out of trouble since, had an impresssive week at the SR. bowl, has first round talent

highest rating" #10 DT ( Kiper)

#6. John Boyett-SS-Oregon-510-205-4.6

missed all but 1 game last year with surgery on both knees, excellent and productive complete Safety who understands the position like a coach, big time hitter, who was considered a top 100 player and #3 rated Safety, before the injuries, has been compared to Eric Waddle

****** love this pick********

highest rating: #15 S (Pro Football weekly)

#7 . Kerwynn Williams-RB-Utah St-58-196-4.4

1st team All-WAC with 1,512 yds, Very fast and elusive RB, a threat as a receiver and an explosive returner, 5th in nation in yds/carry (6.9) and yds/scrimmage as a SR, has been compared to Darren Sproles

highest rating: #13 RB (many )

#7. Justice Cunningham-TE-S. Carolina-64-265-4.8

dominating blocker at TE who blocks like a linemen and has some upside as a receiver

highest rating: #18 TE ( USA Today)

summary: on paper, an excellent-not flashy draft, a very productive DE/OLB who has just started learning the game, 2 huge interior/versatile linemen with a nasty streak, a DT with 1st round talent, a very tough-hard hitting Safety, a dominating blocking TE, a RB, who adds explosive play making ability as a returner and an added demension as a RB, the goal was and is to run the ball and stop the run, they added alot of size and attitude with these picks

Forgot to mention that needs were filled, there weren't many, I felt DE/OLB was the only major need, would have liked to see at least 1 more DE/OLB type drafted, I saw a need at Safety, Center-although I wasn't sure what Satele's contract status was, Guard was a question mark, due to Ijilana's injury status
