    In Minshew's defense, nobody would have expected Garrett to essentially have a free rush when the pass protection stuck 2 guys on him. Freeland needs to learn that you can't put one hand on an elite pass rusher like Garrett and it be enough.

    That's what it looked like he was grabbing. He did have the wrist injury over the offseason, so he could've landed wrong on it and reinjured. EDIT: Definitely wrong about that.

    I'd love to see JT break off a huge run for a TD about now.

    You're down by 2 TDs with 3 mins left in the game and their offense has been too good to give the ball back to and hope your defense can force a 3 and out.

    I'm curious as to what the folks clamoring for Sam saw last season that makes you think he'd play any better than Minshew right now.

    Someone got a fingertip on that ball at the line, so I don't blame that on Minshew's processing or decision making, just a great play by a defender.

    Kellen Mond. He's been terrible so far in Minnesota and Cleveland. Trap game.

    Exactly. I honestly think he's just trying to gather as much information as possible to make the best decision that he can. Taking care of this injury the right way could be the difference between a return to form or completely ruining his throwing arm.

    To his credit, he's gotten WIDE open a few times, but never got the target. Hopefully they can hookup on a deep ball once we get better field position.

    Standing Henry up like that is a feat in itself. What a play and hit by Franklin!!!

    I've literally never heard that.

    I think that's the biggest thing. It's not that he needs to necessarily learn to get down more often and avoid big hits. He just needs to learn how to fall. All of his injuries have been because he fell really hard on various body parts.

    SAME! He's been impressive in the run game. I feel like whenever we have a big run up the middle, he's made a key block to spring the run.

    I figured Darren Hall would be back in the mix with Flowers going out. At the very least, he could be elevated a few times to provide some veteran depth.
