Hakeem Nicks has -4 reception yards?
One catch on a preposterously busted WR screen.
-
Where'd you hear it was a high ankle sprain?
BR Team Stream notification on my phone.
-
So, according to PFT, Richardson is struggling, he looks slow and plodding, Bradshaw is much better, and the Colts should just bench Richardson and go with Bradshaw, because the more Richardson runs the more likely the Eagles are to win.
-
Yes, but his first one that actually counted was to Donnie Avery
Donnie Avery, Jack Doyle. Household names.
-
FYI, Jones has a high ankle sprain. Could be worse, could be better.
Sorry to quote my own post, but it kinda got buried in the OMG TOLER hullabaloo, and I thought some folks might want to get this info.

Luck's 50th TD goes to Doyle. Anyone remember who had his 1st TD reception?
Donnie Avery.

So, Trent's really good when he gets to the line of scrimmage.

"Don't trade Parkey" they said.
"It's going to come back to bite us" they said.

That counter was like my Madden go-to play.

We couldn't stop shooting ourselves in the foot and went down by 24 points on the road to last year's AFC champs, and we still ended up losing by only a TD with a chance to tie late.
There's worse ways to lose.
-
Eh, could have been worse.

Guys, our team is really weird.
-
Stopped reading at the point where he brought up Vontae only having one pick last year.
That is so far besides the point that it's in a completely different country than the point, probably one in a completely different continent.

With a stick while he sleeps....

Well, this thread is now a moot point.

What bugs me is people who predict that we'll obviously lose to all the teams that are ahead of us in the power rankings and that we'll obviously beat all the teams that are behind us in the power rankings. Which leads to a lot of predictions that we go, like, 12-4 with our losses to the Broncos, Eagles, Bengals, and Patriots, and maybe if someone is feeling REALLY adventurous, they might throw in a road loss to whatever they consider the best division foe is.
Exactly what about watching this team the last couple years suggests to you guys that we're gonna win every game in which we're favored and lose every game in which we're not?

Speaking of predictions, 12 of ESPN's roughly 64 season predictions by their staff have the Colts winning the AFC. Which is pretty good.
Not a single person has them winning the Super Bowl. In fact, not only do all 12 of the people who predict us to go to the Super Bowl expect us to lose, but one of them even picked us to win the AFC, then picked a different AFC team to win the Super Bowl.

Can I say nobody?
The most enthusiastic endorsement I could give in response to acquiring any of the current free agents is an "eh, OK, why not."
-
Hooray! We don't have to fire Grigson!
-
Saunders and Sheppard are the only real suprises
And not even that big surprises, really.

I'd rather have Burley, but so would the Seahawks. And that's probably the reason we traded him. Not a bad return for a UDFA.
Perhaps more to the point, I'd rather have Purifoy plus a pick, than Burley.

Eh, looking at the names of guys other teams have cut, I don't see anyone yet who screams "we need him" to me.
-
I still think we should keep all 6, but, if we keep 5, then yeah, Rogers is out.

I pretty consistently missed him when he was here. I was always asking "aren't we supposed to have a center?"
