Well, we've signed a handful of good backups. Let's see some starters signed.
Backups??? We just signed 3 people that started last year.

people seriously need to relax. This isn't the draft where things go quick. Let Grigson do his thing, everyone just take some Apple juice & relax
I don't drink apple juice. :nono2:

It's sad that I want us to cut a guy that has my First name and from my city. But I do not want Cassius as a backup either. He just can't cover well enough.

14 tackles zero sacks.
Do you know the assignments of a DT in a 3-4 scheme.

I watched NFL 32 as well. Didn't hear a single thing about that.
Did you watch it at the end of the show?
-
Was in the back when I heard them say the Colts signed a 32 year young player. And I ran to the computer and try to find out who he was and came straight here to ask if anyone else watched the show.
-
Was hoping someone else seen NFL 32 show. They said something at the end of the show. All I heard was colts signed a 32 year young safety from Seattle and everyone laughed when the guy said 32 years young.

Just seen on NFL 32 saying Colts signed Seattle Seahawks safety. Didn't catch the name...ran in at the last minute.
Mod edit: As of now, this is an unconfirmed rumor. Will update if things change.

I'm a subscriber so I got mine in the mail. And I put in the front room so EVERYONE CAN SEE IT when they come in my home.

I think the only people that don't want us to make it to the playoffs are the Dolphins fans.

Sorry but no..

Get well soon coach.

I agree, I am a big Adams fan. I told my bro that I think he would be the #2 next year. He said by the middle of this season. He is still a little raw but with his height and speed he is a mismatch problem. He goes up after the ball and actually uses his hands to catch the ball and hardly ever lets it get into his body. If he could add a few pounds of muscle and keep putting in work he has a ton of upside.
That's one of the main things I like about his play style. And if he adds more muscle 15 or 20 pounds and he'll be a beast.

From what I've seen in the preseason and vs. the Chi-town Bears Kris Adams should receive more PT. He gives us size, speed and a lot of match up problems. We might have a diamond in the rough and all he needs is more PT to prove it.

You can't tell when you have to many kids online.

I guess the fact that Satele has 2 bad guards on both sides of him seems to be ignored. Satele is NOT the problem. Satele was very good in Oakland and in his time in Miami, he didn't just come here and get terrible. People see guys coming through the middle and think its Satele without seeing what the real problem is.
I was thinking the same thing myself. People are missing the point that when you have bad guard play you can't concentrate on the job at hand.
-
People are so stuck on Peyton and they hate to move on. *shakes head* We should be discussing what our team needs to do to get better rather than what we could've done with a former player.

who said I was a colts fan? ;)
See signature, though I do favor certain teams over others.
Oh so you're just a Colts forum stalker.

Even if we say the Powers and Davis matchups wash out, that still leaves the Bears' 3rd and 4th WRs vs the Colts 3rd and 4th CBs. I give that matchup to the Bears unless you are able to get heavy pressure on Cutler. However, the Bears have a couple under-the-radar TEs in Kellen Davis and Evan Rodriguez (Spaeth and Adams are the backups, but all 4 could see time). They don't have an extensive resume, but I think they'll be ok. I think Rodriguez is the more versatile option in their passing game - usually lines up split out "F position" or in motion/shifts, while Davis is typically lined up next to the tackle - traditional "Y position". Given that the colts are converting from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and often times depend on LBs and converted DEs to cover the shorter routes, I see the colts being vulnerable in the short passing game and intermediate middle of the field. I think Bethea will spend a bit of his time shaded over Marshall and I just don't really trust Zibby in coverage against the likes of Jeffrey, Bennett, and Hester. Top it off with a fairly effective running game and I think the colts' D is in for a long afternoon.
my two cents
You're a positive minded Colts Fan.
