  1. Here are the Colts 2012 season ticket prices, for 10 home games. They are the same as 2011.

The lowest price for season ticket is $380.

    The scale is $380, 480, 690, 790, 990, 1260.

These do not include club seats which sell on a 2 or 3 season minimum purchase. They are priced at 3 levels, $2080, 2240, and 2400 per season, with discounts for multiple season purchases.

My seats are in the end zone, 23 rows up, and are the in the $790 bracket.

Thank you. I thought they would be more than that.

My brother is a Panther's fan and pays $2,000 per seat just for the PSL. His seats are on the 50-yard line, but they are 5 rows from the top of the stadium.

  2. This thread made me think about something: What is the cost of a season ticket?

I did a search and found that season tickets for the Jags started out at $330. That seems extremely low to me.

But, I couldn't find any such information on the Colts or a few other teams that I tried to search. Probably because season tickets are not available. :dunno:

So, I am asking what is the lowest price for season tickets for the Colts (or any other teams)?

  3. Full deck of cards? He's graduating from Stanford with a degree in architectural design.

Wow almost as bad as Archie Manning for President.

He might have sound like Buffalo Bill from The Silence of the Lambs but he has a full deck of cards.

Not to mention that he received the American Footall Academic All-America Team Award for 2011. An award that Peyton Manning also won in 1997.

If that's not playing with a full deck, I would hate to count the cards in my deck.

  4. I don't know if the reference to mac & cheese was just meant to be funny and it went over my head, but Robert Kraft does not own Kraft Foods. I think he is the chairman of The Kraft Group which has assests in paper and packaging.

:sigh: Once again, we have a thread that has taken a religious and even political twist . . . which is against forum rules.

    Thread closed.

  5. They should be good and rusty for the AFC Championship then....

Hmmmmm, I just realized I have no idea how to insert the smiley with the rolling eyes........but if I knew how, that's what would be here dag nabbit!!! :)

Just click on the yellow smiley face that is above your post. A row of emoticons will then show up underneath your posting area.

Then, click on "show all". You will then be able to view all the available emoticons including .

Or, you can just type the word . . . rollseyes . . . and add a colon before and after the word.

  6. I have a question about Andrew Luck. Yes, I could start a thread to ask; but we already have enough Luck threads IMO. So, this seemed like as good of a thread as any to highjack :hijack: to ask my question.

Why did Andrew Luck redshirt his freshman year?

    Was he injured?

Did Stanford have a QB that they thought was better?

Did Stanford/Harbaugh think it would be better for Luck to sit out and acclimate himself to the game?

Or, was there some other reason?

I have tried to find the answer and couldn't. So, I am hoping that someone here knows.

  7. Yeh.......I remember when I had my first beer............

Me too. It was my 18th birthday. I went to Ohio with some friends and drinking my first beer just seemed like the thing to do.

:yuk: I found out that beer tastes nasty. I have no idea why anyone would like that stuff. Give me a fruity drink with a little umbrella and I am happy. :)

But, I never even wanted to taste beer again.

Now that I have shared such an interesting tidbit, I see no further purpose in keeping this thread open.

  8. Sorry shecolt I want the Saints to win. Ought to be a good game but playing in NO will be quite a challenge.

No need to be sorry, Susie. You have every right to cheer for whichever team you want.

I am cheering for the Lions mainly because of their fans. Being a fan of the Lions must have been really rough over the years.

Being a Saint's fan was also really rough until . . . I don't even want to go there. t-h-u-d

  9. but I have faith that the Colts will do what they feel is best at the time regardless of whether or not you, I, or anyone else here agrees or disagrees.

Really??? The did so well when we were on our way to a perfect season in 2009.

    And WHAT is an RG3?

Since you referred to a portion of one my posts, I will respond. I said that I had faith that the Colts would do what they thought was best whether or not any of us agreed or disagreed. Obviously, you did not agree with pulling the starters and I agree with you.

However, I seriously doubt that Irsay, Polian, Caldwell, and whoever else was involved in making that decision sat around and said to themselves, "What is the worst thing we could do?" And, then came to the conclusion that pulling the starters was the answer to that question. I feel that they made that decision because they thought it was for the best.

Often in life, we are faced with making decisions. Sometimes we make the right decision and sometimes we do not. But, seldom (if ever) do we intentionally try to make the wrong decision.

RG3 is a shortened version for Robert Griffin III.

  10. Without Dallas Clark, Austin Collie and MANY MANY MANY more key pieces.

FWIW If Manning was cut today released and signed with another team I would still be a Colts fan and I wouldn't give 2 craps about what manning was doing at his other team... Manning is a great QB for the Colts but to be upset if he left or be sour about it is absurd. He is just 1/40th of this team and to write off the other 39 players is just unspeakable.

I'm too much of a ditz to know if we are on the same page here or not.

In case we are not, my reply was made to someone who said that wherever Peyton plays next year he will go 12-4 just like always because the guy is that good.

So, I was pointing out that the recent past shows us that he is not that good. No QB is that good. They all need a good supporting cast. It was amazing that the Colts went 10-6 with so many injuries and that was largely accomplished because Peyton is so good.

I was just disagreeing with the blanket statement that with Peyton any team can go 12-4 just because they have him as a QB.

  11. This thread was temporarily closed so I could do some cleaning. :clean: Now, cleaning is not even remotely near my top 100 list of favorite things to do.

So, please, try to be civil and keep any personal squabbles out of the forums. If you must fight, do it via pm.

Not only will you be doing me a favor, you will be doing others a favor who really don't want to read all that junk.

I am now re-opening this thread in the hopes that everyone can abide by the rules and refrain from taking personal shots.

  12. On a side note, do you all think that if Brady, who is just like a year younger than Manning, had suffered the same injury and the Patriots were in our position, that there would be any discussion of letting Brady go? I highly doubt it. The Pats would trade that pick and fleece some desperate team in a heartbeat. Do you know why? Because Bob Kraft knows how to run a football team. I just hope Irsay does too.

I am glad you mentioned this. I have been wondering what the members here who are fans of other teams would want their team to do if they were in the same situation. There is a thread about this, but sadly it hasn't gotten much attention because it is in the draft forum.

I doesn't matter to me which thread those fans respond to, but I would enjoy reading their input.

  13. Soooooo is that why you picked snoopy, just to lure us into a false sense of security?! :hide::lol:

Yes, that is my secret. Now, I will have to remove your post before others find out. j/k

Just for the record, I am not a Luck supporter. I am not a Manning supporter. I am a Colt's supporter.

I am too dumb to know what the correct decision should be; but I have faith that the Colts will do what they feel is best at the time regardless of whether or not you, I, or anyone else here agrees or disagrees.

  14. Remember what he told Irsay and Polian.. "dont pick me and i will come back and kick your butts for the next 20 years.."

Ya, that scares me.. lets just keep him in Indy please..

Even back then,he had his heart set on playing 20 years.I think he'll hold true to it.

To be accurate, he said the next 15 years. And, if I am doing the math correctly; there is only one of those 15 years remaining.
