I'm not sure how I feel about this tweet, Jim. I'm confident too but...
It means they, kc, will have to run more and we can stop that better than we can their pass. Plus we have a great run game matchup, which is perfect for cold, snowy, windy weather.

Who is to say we don’t get the upper hand.
Well if luck = peyton and mahomes = brady, then we won't.
Unless you're calling mahomes peyton?

Goodness I hope not, another decade of getting beat by the same team in the playoffs.

That is the result of them jumping ahead of different teams and getting into shootouts.
And every teams line is not our line.
2 sacks minimum, 3 sacks most likely

I would think so.
They wouldn't mind sending him to the Arizona Cardinals - NFC team and a team that needs WRs, they might get a 2nd round pick in return, which is as good as a 1st rounder, IMO. Kliff Kingsbury and his Air Raid style of offense will dig it.
I thought so.

That doesn't even sound right. 4 sacks on Luck when he's barely been hit all year long. What's going to make the OL all of a sudden become porous? Why are you trying to pin Luck into being the same player from years ago as if you haven't watched him play all season long and seen the consistent improvements?
The Chiefs pass rush, that's why.

Also they can’t cut or trade AB without having a 21 million dead cap hit. So AB aid staying put.. no team that stupid, not even the Steelers.
If they trade him, wouldn't the team taking him take his contract and cap hit?

Is this sarcasm? Not sure I believe what I'm seeing.
Sarcasm. He believes the Pats will win and wants to face the Colts in Foxborough. I watched the full show and I believe earlier Shannon called him out on this.

While Luck has not been fantastic in the past come January, his performance against the Texans was ridiculous. The flow of the game dictated that he didn't need to put up 'Star Wars' numbers but he was phenomenal. Dropping dimes over the recievers shoulders with DBs blanketing them.
The entire scheme is different. Luck isn't taking 7 step drops all game, forced to beat a defense without much help from his O-line, backs and recievers. He has a defense he can have a higher degree of faith with. This team plays complementary football. His turnover worthy plays are drastically reduced.
This is a mvp-level quarterback surounded by a team worthy of his play.
He did indeed play better. I posted that before I saw what the weather was going to be. I think we can pull it off, but I am still quite worried about it. We have to negate the pass, and I just do not see us doing that. The Chiefs have torched zone coverage, and I don't see us changing that since we don't really get at the QB.

Using the word miss with Fountain right now is just a touch premature. As in way premature.
I think the coaches have done enough evaluation to at least have him on the 53 and be active last week.
Grant will clearly not be on the roster in 2019.
He meant Grant won't be missed.

Fountain has been on the 53 for a few weeks and was active in the Wild Card game.
Ah, I didn't read that. I know he was up and down the past few weeks, but didn't see him elevated for the WC game.

To be fair I wouldn’t say that I can judge his blocking either, was more thinking Hewitt in almost declares we’re running the ball, but with Ebron/TY/Mack/Pascal I think we still have the ability to hit them with the pass, especially off P/A.
Ive not looked this season, but historically Luck has been very good off P/A, to the point I couldn’t understand why we didn’t use it more during previous schemes. I guess because teams didn’t respect our running game.
Ya, so if Cox can run block then we can still disguise it. I know, cause I just watched highlights, that Cox was in on Mack's TD run on the left side. He could have used a little better vision as far as extra defenders coming up, but he got the push with Castanzo.

Ahh a different proposition, you’d figure on more 2TE sets with Hewitt in with Enron, Hilton and Pascal at WR I’d guess. Pascal is for me our best blocking WR and obviously you’re not taking TY out. Besides it also leaves the threat of P/A shots.
As great as we’ve been on O, I do wonder if we’d have been even better with Doyle.
Hewitt over Cox, who has the size advantage? Although, to be honest I haven't seen Cox much in pass blocking, either by lack of use or my lack of observation I couldn't tell you.
