This is the 3rd or 4th time the Chargers make the playoffs barely...somehow they just make it...that use to be the case with Norv Turner...have a crappy season, and then turn things around the last month.

They should take Clowney and have that d give people fits.
JJ and Clowney wow hehe.

Damn, so close...only to fall so hard...

Yeah from weekend warrior sports fans who never played football. lol As if this forum has football "experts." I don't need to have a forum of regular Joe's to agree with me to make me feel I need to fit in. lol It's a silly sports forum.
It was Ron Jaworski who said Brady struggles when he faces pressure up the middle. Other QB's can avoid it better like Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees and Tony Romo. Tony Romo's problem is he throws that INT at the worst possible time. But we're talking specifically about maneuverability as it cost Brady and the Pats many games. Many other QB's can do things in the pocket and avoid the rush better than Brady can.
Take it up with most sports fans. Brady is consistently ranked as one of the most hated players in the NFL and it's not due to his success or hair. One year he was ranked above Big Ben in being more hated in a poll. lol (Brady Rule)
Yet the Patriots have a better record than the teams listed above over the past decade.
Did Brady do something to you to make you QQ this hard? Lol

I wish the Pats would go back to the way they were pre-2007. For 2007 the Pats brought in Randy Moss, Wes Welker and Donte Stallworth and had the most powerful offense of all time up until that point and it didn't work out. They got away from their roots and so did Belichick. Pete Carroll in 2 seasons as head coach of the Seahawks has built a better D than Belichick has in 7 years.
Oh yeah? Look all the suspensions...
Sherman few games, Browner suspended for a year, Irvin suspended for the first few weeks of the season... That tells you a lot about the team and what's going on in the background. Now the NFL watches closely over the Seahawks practices too.
Let us not forget, the Seahawks have had some high draft picks over the Patriots.
The patriots team is usually one of the last ones to draft in round one.

His first year, he was really bad with all the drops, but man, this year he has been on!
He reminds me of a young Calvin Johnson.
-
CJ2K is a durable back...He only missed one game in his career, he is not injury prone like some other backs...
If he comes at the right price, I'd love to see the Patriots picking him up since Ridley can't hold on to the ball.

Wooow Cundiff epic fail....
Nothing that guy could do...58yds is not easy.

Why are you so surprised?
That field goal looked good, it was on target, and it stalled

WE WIN! OH MY GOD!

Aren't we glad that Welker didn't cost us the game this year?

The Vikings made some of the dumbest decisions ever...
Anyways, time to rebuild the whole team, they are years away from a competitive SB team.
They need to rebuild the whole o-line because that O-line was getting destroyed today.
Also they need a decent QB, Ponder or Freeman are not the answers.
They need some competitive cornerbacks too...because the ones they have are horrible.
They should trade Allen for a 2nd or 3rd round pick...it will help them.
Overall the Vikings need rebuilding on both sides of the ball, they should trade down next year and stock up for the 2015 draft.
-
No, some coaches don't do well with the same team after a while...so things would not work out well with Reid in Philadelphia...because that team is a mess, not even a coach could fix this.
They had some poor draft picks and they are playing terrible football on both ends of the football.
Philadelphia needs to overhaul the whole team, and rebuild everything from scratch...otherwise they will fall behind in the NFC behind the Cowboys and the Redskins.

Tamba Hali is just like Jared Allen in his prime...a motor that never stops running, he goes 100% every play, every down...the guy is scary good.
I'd love to have him and JJ Watt on the same team...oh jesus.
-
Jets are lucky with the penaltys at the end of every game...TB and now NE...lol
Anyways, the Jets Defense today played well, nothing but respect for that defense.
Gronk looked good for his first game.
I think we should have played Ridley more.
-
I think we should use Vontae Davis on Wes Welker in an effort to take him out of the game.
Eric Decker is the player you want Peyton throwing to...
..He's not as reliable and not a game breaker
Vonta Davis could not cover West for ****t when we use to play the Dolphins, should check out some of the highlights.

Season ending injury: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000264305/article/jerod-mayo-placed-on-new-england-patriots-ir-list
It's a shame, the guy was playing really well this year. He was the defense leader since Vince Wilfork went to IR.
I hope they can keep it together without Mayo.

I'm a Patriots fan and I hope the Colts put the end to the streak.

Does Tom Brady lead the league in White Wide Receivers?
What does that have anything to do with the conversation!

Brady did what he always does. 32 fourth quarter comebacks. I was more happy to see Thompkins made that catch. Should help his confidence. Dobson had a nice game too.
Did anyone see Collie make that play at the end? I wished he played more. So happy to see him out there after all he has been through.
Austin Collie will see more playing time starting next week...
We are not sure if Amendola is going to play next week, he may be suffering from a concussion, that hit was vicious.

That guy ran like a man possessed today.
Special team play was huge from him today too.
Without his performance, today our Pats may not have won the game.
