The difference this year is Steichen. He’s not perfect, but he’s a hell of a coach. Minshew has been solid, but he’s no Joe Burrow, and the gap between him and Matt Ryan isn’t that huge. We’ve missed JT for several games this season, we have very young and raw DBs, we lost Grover for 6 games, and the only new offensive weapon is Downs. I think this team is playing at a high level because of Steichen, and he’s finding them ways to win. Once AR gets healthy, this could be a dangerous team. The future is finally bright again for the Colts.
