You think the other two warm bodies are secure? I could see Tolzien getting cut, or Morris. People on here are clamoring for Morris, but the Colts staff watches him practice every day.

I disagree. The Pats have a complex offense, one that many veteran wide receivers can't learn. You really think our offense is more complex than the Patriots' offense? If you do, I disagree with that too.
This is a necessary trade. Have faith in Ballard.

Keep in mind though it was mostly from the last preseason game against backups.
I saw that exact verbage on Pat's Pulpit when I went to look for some background on Brissett.

If Luck gets taken off PUP then there is a chance of him playing in week 1. If he stays on PUP then there is zero chance he plays the first 6 weeks.
The title of the thread speculates Luck will be taken off PUP. That does not prove Colts tickets will drop in value. The ticket value will not drop unless Luck is officially ruled out of any game.
To a hardcore fan, I agree. But to people who are not die-hards, they're more likely to make other plans. They're not following this the way you are. They hear some noise, blah blah Luck is hurt, and they bail.

That guaranty by Ballard is nonsense. You can't guaranty a player won't get a serious injury in practice. Non contact injuries are not rare. Case in point is Edelman for the Pats.

Cowherd has appeared to be a big Luck booster. I remember a piece he did just before the AFCC. He said Luck would dominate the league for ten years and that he would never be on a worse Colts team than the team in January 2015. He also objected to Luck being ranked 51, after Mariota, in the player's top 100.
He may be recklessly bloviating, but why pick this topic to be reckless with?
