I will say that is a good post. I have never had an argument against RB by committee if it fits the team. If you have a Mahomes, Hurts, Burrow, Rodgers - a Brady or Manning in their prime, RB by committee is the way to go and invest in other places. We have a rookie QB so having a HR hitter like JT is important to take pressure off him IMO.

Anyone can feel like a victim. How do you think I feel when I am being positive about things that the team is doing and get bashed for it on a Colts website. Look at that side of it. That is why I get upset at times and people wonder why I can't always be Mr. Nice guy which I am 99% of the time.

He can't, Henry maybe that is about it, but Taylor can't catch like CMC though - I mean give me a break . I can't stand the Titans and not a fan boy at all of Henry but give me Henry all day over CMC.

The NFL Network panel gave AR high marks. I thought he looked like a Vet more than a rookie which even surprised me. It was his presence as you said. We didn't even get to see him take off and really run either. He had the INT but the pass Pierce was a TD had AP hung on to it.

Both QB's looked pretty good. AR had a TD on a perfect throw that Pierce just flat out dropped. I am glad we have Minshew though, great backup and can win games as a starter if need be.

I want more AR

Nice drive. Minshew looked good on that drive and Funk got the TD. Overall I think both QB's have looked good. D is playing good too, I know Josh and Diggs are out but still pretty solid play by the D. Had Gay made that chip shot it would be 10-10 at Half.

I hope they will better than last year. They looked good on that long drive.

I thought AR would start all along. I think he will be good. That pass he had to Pierce was perfect, should have been a TD.

So far AR hasn't looked that bad. Pretty crisp, that INT wasn't his fault (not being a Homer but it wasn't). The last drive was good than Gay missed a 28 yard FG, we paid top dollar for this kicker, if he costs us a game or 2 this year that will be unacceptable. 28 freakin yards! I keep waiting for AR to break one off and have a long run. Jackson looks good early as well.

This is the 40th anniversary of our team being here. 1984-to now the 2023 season. Once 2023 is completed, that will be 40 full seasons. We have had a rich history here in Indianapolis, 5 AFC Title Game appearances = 1995, 2003, 2006, 2009, and 2014. 2 SB appearances = 2006, 2009. Of course, the SB Championship win in 2006. QB's we have had here that have been good-great: Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck, Jim Harbaugh, Philip Rivers. Let the AR era begin I say with a breath of fresh air . Lets have patience and enjoy the ride. It may be rocky at times but hang in there.
