Well into the red zone? He caught the ball at like the 20. We would have been barley into the red zone....maybe to the 15. That is not a guaranteed touch down for this team.
The fumble came at a horrible time, we all agree on that. But putting this all on Doyle is ridiculous. GOOD GRIEF!!!

Unless I missed something, and I could have because I was switching back and forth between red zone and the game, Basham was invisible. I don’t remember seeing him getting any pressure or getting his name called.

He didn’t cost the game. Good grief. Even if he holds on to the ball and gets the 1st down, there is not guarantee we get a touch down, which we had to have.

Yea I’m in a similar boat in my PPR league as well. I ended up with Mixon, who I am hoping breaks out this year, and Derick Henry. I did end up with AB and Hopkins though! Running backs went like crazy this year.
Im not sure about Barber. I drafted Ronald Jones thinking (hoping) he takes over soon. But if your comfortable with your receivers, Barber may not be a bad pick up, for a couple weeks anyways. I’m assuming he would be a FA pick up and not a waiver claim?

My RB1 is D Johnson, and I also have Ajayi, Breida and Nich Chubb. Ajayi only just coming back from a minor injury and wont be a true RB1.
FYI for flex my WR crew is Adams, Cooks and Landry in the flex.
I really hope you played Ajayi!!

This game is ugly but Eagles fans booing them already, in the first half of the first game, cracks me up.

I would probably go with Ajayi myself. I’d wait and see just how many touches Wilkins gets first and how he produces before starting him. More risk than reward if you ask me. You know Ajayi is going to get his touches and goal line work.

And a big part of that was because we had a lot of 3rd and 5 or less. The play calling was some of the best we have seen in years.
We we are young, inexperienced, etc...but I think the future looks bright all things considered.
