  1. More than 1 Colts player had an off night vs the Patriots in recent Championship Games jbda. Even if Reggie has lost a step, so what. NE is a top tier organization & I will wish him well just like I did when Collie played briefly in Foxboro too. I just want Reggie to have a legitimate shot at a ring as his swan song & NE definitely provides that.

Uniform changes don't phase me that much excluding Dallas of course. He will always be a Colt to me, but I am grateful that NE appreciates his stellar body of WR work over the years & they will put him in continued, productive situations.

I agree and there is no ill-will toward Reggie from me. I just don't think he is going to magically become healthy at his age. People like to use the "he wasn't healthy" excuse for last year's performance but the fact is he's just old and it's rare to become "healthy" and produce like a youngster at this point in his career.

He might win a ring with the Pats this year but I think it's more probable he gets cut or injured before that happens. Besides, the Colts are winning the SB this year...or haven't you heard? :)

  2. Wayne always runs crisp routes. Whereas, Mr. Ocho Cinco was often sloppy & not always spot on when he needed to be.

I get your drift JJ. To me, it's a question of concentration. Reggie is money in this area vs Chad who often disappeared when games became difficult. We're on the same page man just a fraction apart. haha

Reggie dissappeared in the AFC Championship game last year. He will not be better this year.

The best they can hope for is an on the field coach.

  3. The Pats didn't sign the real Reggie...they signed the old, slow, increased dropped balls Reggie. We saw how bad he was last year and I seriously doubt he will be healthy and tearing up the league this year. As Charles Barkley said...old people don't get healthy, they die.

  4. I want to know why he isn't seeing reps with the first team...  Gore is our #1 back no question, but Robinson should at least be allowed to compete with Boom for the #2 job.

I think/hope he will see some time with the 1's this week. I would also like to see what Carter can with Luck throwing him the ball...

  5. I stopped reading this when you said Luck had time. Then reread it to make sure I wasn't dreaming

I didn't know it meant having time when first 2 plays your QB is down. I must be new to this football stuff

I'm not saying the pass pro looked great but to be fair, Luck held the ball too long on his second pass play.

  7. hoodie is a great judge of talent,if he thinks reggie has more and  he does, hoodies win, grigs loss, nfl players are hired guns to the highest bidder.thats the reason I don't like draft picks, when they finally become good many of them sell to the highest bidder.i don't root for players, I root for the team, players are just chess pieces, great gms can put the chess pieces together. the way the nfl is set up players play for the money, not the team

Wasn't your old name "Trent Fan"? Indianapolis Trents! I kid....

  8. Its practice. Chapman is also not going to do that, That's not his skillset....Never will be unless he drops weight and accelerates quicker....Which is highly unlikely. But anyway until Parry actually begins to blow opposing O Linemen up in games it doesn't amount to much of anything. Some players show up in practice and disappear in games, Some players are bad practice players yet show up in games

True, and some players disappear in practice and play mediocre to sub par in games.

  9. LOL @ some of you guys! Signing Hilton is a good thing. As far as the "Oh noes, how are we going to sign this guy and that!!!" fear...do you think Grigs, 5 minutes after signing Hilton, said, "Crap, I forgot about those other guys, how will I ever get them signed now...woe is me." I'm sure he knows what he's doing.

Do you guys think that if the Colts saved the money on Hilton that all the sudden pro defensive guys would just fall into our lap? No. You get guys like Walden in free agency...You build through the draft and if we do hit on some picks they wont get paid until later.
