  1. The most disappointing thing was that there wasn't a Colt in sight not a single teammate to take a shot at Gronk to stick up for a Sergio. We play like a bunch of chumps there should have been 10 Colts on him. If Sergio was my teammate there would have been another flag on the field and there should have been last night soft bunch

Agree. But nobody stands up for Luck after a d lineman cheap shots him either. We play like a bunch of softies.

  2. I don't know what to say about Freeman and Jackson. It is what it is at this point in the season as there is no one to replace them with.

They both played well the first few games, but have stunk since.

  3. By definition Sergio was the punk for running his mouth all game.. he just couldn't back it up and Gronk humiliated him.

And no, there is no evidence you could ever get that would prove or make me believe that Gronk was trying to injure him by blocking and shoving him out of bounds

Even if there was no intent to hurt him that doesn't mean anything because he still could have hurt Brown. It was dirty. Brown is an * for talking smack about hurting Gronk, but it doesn't make what Gronk did ok.

  4. Yes it is.

Being a pretender may not matter in November, but we are a pretender at least for the moment. We just are not there yet. The Broncos, Eagles, Steelers and last nights Patriots game have proved it to me. We are more than likely once again a one and done team and I am sick of these one and dones.

  5. Freeman has been overhyped by our fans since day one. He's never been much more than a slightly above average LB. Last night he was bad, but D'qwell Jackson was even worse. I mean he was god awful. It pains me every time I think how D.Jackson and Karlos Dansby signed for nearly the same contract. It feels like the Browns screwed us over again.

In the LBs defense, though, our d-line was no help to them at all last night. Our front 7 looked like a bad high school team playing the state champs.

    Both were terrible.

  6. It's funny how there is a thread blasting Wells' ESPN column and this thread praising Kravitz's column when they are pretty much identical. Just an observation, not an attack on anyone.

I'm disappointed to say that they are correct. That said, the sky isn't falling; it just never was as high as people thought it was.

Wells is right too. We have lost to every really good team this year. We absolutely are pretenders.
