Actually Bayless has publicly said that he's just not ready to give up on Griffin yet.
Injury has had a major impact upon his career so far. It's not an issue of "being wrong" about him. RGIII has demonstrated that he can be a very credible offensive threat.
You and Skip may be the only people on the planet who think that about rg3. Even a lot of Redskins fans think rg3 sucks.

replay showed helmet to helmet...they're going to call,it EVERY time
Broncoes very vulnerable without Sanders and Thomas.....Cody Latimer is imnactive.
He led with the shoulder. Was not helmet to helmet.

Wouldn't hate the signing especially since Nicks pretty much has zero chance of coming back.

And if they lose in the playoffs?
Pop goes the balloon of the feel good story.
Well I'm sure nobody expects them to win the super bowl anyway. But the playoffs is still a big step for both teams.
-
The Browns and Lions may be headed to the playoffs in the same year? Gotta feel good for probably the two biggest suffering fans in the nfl to have winning teams (although the Lions have had a few winning seasons lately but still)
-
Embarrassing though it misses the point as they make it out looking for a boogie man to blame on it.
This could have been any team doing that and it would have had the same reaction. Programs aren't solid proof, and the internet is full of this kind of stuff. Over reaction is what is really happening.
Who is over reacting about it? Most people could care less about this, but that doesn't mean its not at least a bit embarrassing. And yes it could happen to any team.

Right now he's not in the top five.
I disagree. If I made a list he would absolutely be in my top 5. I'm not sure how you could argue that hes not top 5. Brady Manning and Rogers are easily the top 3 in the game right now.
-
I believe a guy who has played the position at every level understands the mechanics of the game more than a fan who has never played the game beyond high school or Pop Warner leagues.
Clearly he doesn't if he says Brady isn't top 5.
-
Please, Colt fans and others have predicted that he's HOF worthy since Day 1
Or are we all forgetting about how he was proclaimed the greatest prospect since Elway ridiculousness?
No colts fan said that on day one. Thats wrong.
And the second part of your post, most of that was coming from the media.

Skip is a * and a creep.

protect luck and there wont be any ints, he is almost always under pressure
Something tells me that you wants Lucks protection to be better...

Name the users on the forum that says Luck is going to the hall of fame and one of the greatest Qbs of all time.
Name them.
He can't because nobody has said anything like that.
-
I have seen comments like that here. I've seen people here say that he's already the best in the NFL today and one of the greatest QB's of all time and a future Hall of Famer without a doubt.
No you haven't.

I don't know why people overlook this even though its how they beat the crap out of us in the playoffs last year. Stop the run.
I'm not overlooking it. Our run D is much improved so I dont think many of us are worried about it. They dont have Blount anymore anyway

I'm glad Walden is back.

I'll post a few quick ones.
1. Have got to get pressure on Brady. If he has all day to throw you already know what will happen. Manusky better dial up some great blitzes, I hope Newsome gets a good amount of snaps too.
2. Limit turnovers. Luck has thrown too many picks against the pats. This must be cleaned up.
3. Protect Luck. I'm sure BB knows how bad our line has looked when getting blitzed. He may bring pressure a lot. If Luck is being tossed around like a rag doll we may have a very long night.
-
Tell us how you really feel!
Well nearly every thread is about the pats game if that tells you anything. Its a big game for both teams for sure

This is going to sound incredibly arrogant, and though I don't mean it that way, there's no other way to say it...
It's not going to be a rivalry until Luck beats the Patriots. He's only had two shots at them but has been outscored 102-46 in those two games.
Like I said above, maybe that changes this weekend.
For a real rivalry, there's got to be a mutual animosity. I understand that Indy still hates Brady and the Patriots, but for us, Indy is just this week's opponent and a competitor in the conference. Like VL said, Luck is a likable guy, and any decent person has been rooting for Pagano since his recovery from cancer.
Back in the day, before Manning got over the hump, I was far more critical of him and had far less respect for him as a player. I thought he was an empty stats machine incapable of playing big in big spots. But he earned the respect of Patriots fans (even if we think Brady is better ;) ) and at the same time, as he became an obstacle, he earned our disdain! Dungy I sort of always disliked, even though he comes off as a nice guy. I just found him disingenuous.
So I don't know, I respect the Colts and they're officially my pick this weekend, but I'm not feelin' it just yet. Let's check in again on Monday. ;)
I dont disagree with everything you wrote, but its still a rivalry for some though no doubt. This is a huge game sunday night so that could make it bigger again depending on how it ends
-
Its still a rivalry. Just check the front page of this forum.
-
He's the best when he's playing against the Colts.
No kidding there. Dude literally torches us every time. We have always had trouble with him.
-
Guess we should just forefit the game now.
-
So you know for sure the AFC will have to go through Denver or NE? That is yet to be determined.
I know this. Just saying it could go through NE or Denver. And if it did practicing in the cold would help.
-
maybe it goes through Indy, Nostradamus.
Yep it could go through Indy. Thats why we must win Sunday night.
