starter level for the colts is not the same as starter level for the teams leading their divisions. could these same players start for division leaders?

I rate the texans the top roster in the afc south. jags second and colts third. it is unreal how the texans did this in just 2 years. but the top roster does not always win the division. the colts still have a chance

it should not take 7 years to get better, we had a very weak division most of those years. now in a short time the jags and texans seem so far ahead of us. if ballard let frank pick the talent that is still on ballard

nick caserio was the pats director of player personal during the pats winning records, he made sure brady had weapons and he didnt limit his roster to just the draft like ballard does. he had 22 years of experience and his team record was 246-107-1 . imo he should be ranked number one of gms, in 2 years under him the texans went from last place to fighting for first in our division. his trades and roster filling have been one of the best in the nfl. he had a big hand in the pats dynasty. ballard could take lessons from his method but ballard wont change. ballard imo should be ranked low tier

why do you just assume that I hate ballard? I dont even know him. to point out that a gm is below average at his job and that he cant build a winning team after 7 years does not mean that I hate him as a man. you defend his record that has been below average but that does not mean that you like him as a man. do you know him? or do you just like a team that is average or below. get real man.

it would make ballard look bad if he helped the texans or jags win it all.

ballard over paid him and because of this no team wanted that big contract. ballard made a huge mistake by over paying making him untradeable, big blunder by ballard. imo one of ballards worst moves.

he may choose if he can to play in our division just to show ballard that cutting him was a mistake and help the texans or jags win it all
