I'm not looking forward the Raiders next week.
imo gus will see his failures and start some different looks against the raiders on defense. shane will plan a different attack plan to beat the raiders d. this game is where our coaches will come into play and be a factor in the outcome even if the raiders have better talent.

Explain the Jags collapse.......anyone? The Titans stunk all season. The Colts are Jekyll & Hyde playing yo-yo football and the Texans are mirroring the Colts. woulda-coulda but didn't.

i know trevor is hurt but he is not living up to the hype the media put on him, when stroud comes back the texans will be the best in our division imo

Starting rookie corners comes with risk.
most teams have vet cbs and bring their rookies along slowly. ballard must have thought the rookies were as good as vets. ballard must think we have above average talent on defense or he would not have went with the guys who are starting.

The players aren’t as good as many believe. Can’t get pressure on the quarterback and have trouble tackling.
you nailed it. we need some game changers

the colts are now third in most points allowed, what does that say about gus and his system of defense?

I think one thing we are seeing from the AFCs is a group of teams that have overachieved and still learning to win. I don’t know what the heck happened to jags though.

The key is the QB being available. AR showed he could throw down the seams to Downs and Ogletree enough to build upon next year, IMO
Not saying he’s the same as Mahomes but if you get a guy that is challenged as a rookie and has a speedster like Tyreek drafted, and they dare him to throw, you make them pay till they put their safeties back.
When Steichen got A J Brown to go with DeVonta Smith and Goedert in the middle, he went to town. Give him some groceries. Even the best play caller needs groceries.
shane will not be happy if ballard starts next season with no elite wrs

Alec Pierce is a total bust. Dropping the perfect third down pass when the game was still tied 7-7 was classic Pierce. Colts should have sucked it up and dumped him in the off season. Continuing to play a high draft choice is understandable as no one likes to admit expensive mistakes but hopefully they will get rid of him before next season,
ballards ego may not let him go

Atlants is top 10 in defensive numbers for several metrics. They’ve lost about 5 to 6 1-score games, their issues were offense related. So that’s why no NFL team can be judged purely on recordtheir offense seemed elite against gus d

I'd cut Pierce yesterday. That guy is a non factor. And I was still holding out hope for him

I can’t because the Offense’s inability to score putting them back on the field too much. We lack talent besides Buckner on defense. Just a bunch of serviceable players after him.
ballards method of filling the roster by the draft is clearly not working he has too many misses in his picks, the elite teams fill the roster in every way just not one

Well, I thought we might make a comeback in this half but this team just doesn’t have it. Too many mistakes and bad coaching. I was hoping they would put out a better effort.
our talent level is not as good as the falcons, coaching cant make up for below average talent

We need to press the run a little bit more. I don't like games where Minshew is passing too much.
we miss pitt come on shane use the tight ends to catch passes

Freeland is ranked 76 out of 83 tackles. Raiman and Smith are ranked 6th and 7th. Huge difference. Freeland is playing out of necessity. Even after 3 years I would expect Jared to put Freeland on the bench. He’s only 36. If we make the playoffs we could face some serious ER’s. It would be nice to have Jared on the bench assuming he still has it.
was jared good when he last played

To me, when Nelson is reported to be “healthy” and is only grading about 70, then I think he’s only healthy enough to play. But I’d guess he’s not close to really being himself. I’m sure he’d never admit that he’s below par, that’s not his way….
So something tells me he’s not quite right. I don’t pretend to know what it is? But the grades he posted in 18, 19, and 20 are what I think he should be close to when he’s really close to 100% himself.
Just my two cents, and it’s all opinion, but that’s what I believe.
seems like i remember him having back trouble a year or so ago

I think you are correct. No noticeable difference on ST, which means McKenzie was wasting a roster spot, as he did nothing on offense this season.was it tony brown who got the 2 blocked punts?

Levis is hurt, and this week it might be Ryan Tannehill vs Seattle. I expect the titans to play hard throughout. At least they are home for the final game vs Jags
imo players always try to do their best, they want good contracts, the better they play the better the pay
