  1. He’s made some mistakes for sure but I don’t think they’ve been that egregious or catastrophic. The defense has been swish cheese today with Buckner playing injured and or DB getting cooked. AR has some faults today but there is plenty of blame to go around. Lets let the rest of the game play out.
  2. He’s playing tentative. I think in large part to his concussion last game and probably being told he needs to be more careful. Careful first, making plays second. What it looks like to me.
  3. The new face of the defense. I love it! Need Lenoard to join this man’s energy
  4. It’s AMAZING. REFRESHING to have a coach not deal with people’s poor performance. It’s honesty seems like to me that it’s the reason we come out looking so focused.
  5. I understand everyone’s concern about his concussion, rightfully so. However I think there may be a bit of an overreaction about his durability and longevity. First game, he didn’t protect himself and paid for it. Second game learned his lesson as he was making calculated risks and was ok until he underestimated how fast the defender was coming. Josh Allan yesterday unnecessarily leaped towards the end zone into two defenders to try and get a touchdown. THAT to me is reckless. It’s honestly his forte and he does that that stuff often. Cam would go out seeking contact trying to run over people. I don’t see that yet from him. Honest mistake. Let’s see how the rest of the season plays out before categorizing his trajectory as why running QB’s don’t last.
  6. I think this is indicative of him reverting to what’s comfortable for him - Deep shots completions. I think what we witnessed was him trying to exercise some demons on the field which is being comfortable with what the defense gives you. I think when he watches the tape he’ll definitely be more cognizant of taking the easy stuff and protecting himself better.
  7. Thanks! It’s just everywhere! We just seem to be the low hanging fruit and punching bag of the media lately. Drafting Richardson, starting Richardson, Rogers release for gambling, Irsay comments, JT drama. Week 1 can’t get here soon enough as it should help blunt the distractions and craziness. I’m curiously optimistic lol.
  8. The “JT praise / Let’s bash the colts” tirade is getting old quick. There’s no real analysis on how the other side sees things.
  9. https://x.com/holderstephen/status/1697053976208838659?s=46&t=6WX3zBkkfPo-EkUUVsp_PQ This tweet from Holder speaks to me that he’s taking the side of Taylor. “The Colts certainly are entitled to do as they wish with contracts, but the logic here is weird to me. What does extending contracts have to do with how many games you won last year? And what happens if they win four or five games THIS year? No extensions next year too?” His observations and the insights lately paint the Colts in a bad light and are set to make Ballard look incompetent, JT the good guy fighting for what’s right. Keefer did it last year too (Luck story, Saturday Story, etc). I get that negative press drives engagement and conversation but it shouldn’t be at the expense of making us look like a floundering organization. Reports should report without an agenda. Just seems like hot takes and clicks. Literally quoted this too! Lol. It’s obvious. Not even hiding it.
  10. Agree on all fronts! My main position is based on Philly reporting their players practiced with a much bigger chip on their shoulders. That seemed clear to me at least.
  11. I was beyond elated seeing them lose in the Super Bowl. Nick has this bravado that makes him easy to dislike. Not a fan of that guy at all.
  12. Man, this “practice” meant something to Nick for sure.
  13. To the bolded, the bias was shining through quite clearly. However, it isn’t a coincidence that Nick isn’t a fan of us and magically a giant scrum unfolds. I mean….He picked up a flag that was thrown and handed it back to the ref. AT A PRACTICE. He for sure put some extra mustard on the hotdog today lol. It meant something to him today. Inevitably, yes our team has some growing to do. Just would feel better if I knew how we actually did.
  14. Maybe it’s just me, but it “seems” like Sirianni wanted to prove a point today and has his guys pumped up today. Based on the tweets we got bullied today. Will be interesting to see how Thursday unfolds.
  15. Which makes todays outing during practice even more impressive. Knew he’s going to be the starter this season and still has an exceptional day. This is twice Shane has given him some substantial news before practice begins. Only this time the moment wasn’t as big for him (some jitters last time) and he progressed. I get rookies need time to develop but AR just seems to be an exception where things come easily MUCH faster. I’m pumped!
  16. https://x.com/mchappell51/status/1691459731288936448?s=46&t=6WX3zBkkfPo-EkUUVsp_PQ Wonder if he’ll match what Luck did in yards minus the interceptions lol
  17. I did change it! It was time lol. Didn’t get a chance to watch the broncos but rest assured I’ll definitely be watching this one Hope all Is well with you too!
