Watching Hull, Freeland and Jaylon Jones mostly. Seems like Hull is better Hines than Hines maybe. Watching Freeland to see if he gets 1st team reps to push Smith inside. As Brents doesn't get on the field it's Jones like Rush who I thought fell too much in the draft.

I wasn't a fan at first of 2 joint practices, but I am now. If anything for O line evaluation. Side not also what you said is the reason I think JT gets signed and maybe not Pittman. Let's say I wouldn't be surprised. Especially only having 19 mil to cap right now.

I see long balls and scrambling his 1st games. Only thing I've heard is accuracy. His football IQ is good from mini camp reports.

Only issue I see right now that would prevent AR from starting is his accuracy. Minshew is a pro at dink and dunk. If we are leading at half with AR starting we may put Minshew in as a save situation early in the season. I'm liking the idea more and more about 2 joint practices. I agree, with RBs being a topic lately and the NFL goes through phases. This may bring the RB back. 2 superstar RBs both with 900 yards rushing and 400 yards receiving. We have a mobile QB now and with broken down plays it puts more blockers near the line of scrimmage. Baltimore did something similar in Lamar's rookie year.

I was using Cook as an example, but a caliber player like him. The way rbs are getting paid now. You can almost get 2 JTs for the price of 1 Pittman. Could 2 star RBs be used on the field at the same time. Not RB1 and RB2, but 1A and 1B. Could both play RB and FB for each other. Example: screen pass to Cook with JT as lead blocker or vice versa. Could this be a viable offense? Also if 1 gets hurt we can still go traditional.

Warning, this post is to past the time. What if Colts brought back the old pro form offense and had to backs in the backfield, let's say Dalvin Cook and Jonathan Taylor. Can we make an explosive offense from that? With new coach who's offense guy can he make an offense work that premiers 2 elite backs at Sametime? With all the RB talk lately didn't know if Colts could be trendsetters and make it work. Each getting 17-22 touches whether it's a run or pass. Thoughts?
