  1. Pagano took a 2-14 team and made them into consecutive 11-5 teams. With more turnover in roster personnel than any other team in the league, and with a rookie/2nd year QB. You gotta be kidding me with your complaints about 'inferior coaching', pal.

No... The 2-14 team was not the same as the 2012-2013 team... Lots of different players. With that being said...

I don't see any reason to change coaches.

  2. They are all good young QBs.  The difference between Luck and the rest of the group is his ability to improve.  I don't see Cam Newton or Kap continuing to get better every year...  They are what they are but Luck will continue to get better EVERY season.

Luck has a different mentality than almost any other QB.  Brunnell may be right that, at this point, Luck is worse than those guys.... BUT he will become the best of the group and I truly feel he will be the best in the NFL about 3 years from now.

Why do you feel that Luck has the ability and the others have hit a plateau?

  3. I don't find the final score to be biggest factor in what made 18-1 humiliating, but it was part of it.

It's the culmination of all of the chest thumping of the media/many Pats fans of how the Giants had no chance and how this was the best team ever assembled. Brady mocking the G-men's D with his "only 17 points" quote just compounded the issue.

    Agreed...

  4. 2007 Patriots. Undefeated status on the line. Unique situation and probably would have been heralded as the best team in NFL history. Although even if they won the SB that year I personally wouldn't even consider them the best Patriots team, let alone in all of NFL history. Imo the best Pats team was 2004 whether they won the SB or not. That team was amazing.

In the eyes of many if the Pats went 19-0 they'd be the GOAT.

They dominated themselves on the first snap with a fantastic display of ineptitude. Then the Seahawks made them their female dogs for sixty minutes.

Any time Denver got something going, the Seahawks either made a play or Denver found a way to screw it up. Or both at the same time.

I'd say the Bronco beatdown is maybe #3 or 4. Us losing to the Broadway Joe and the Jets way back when was pretty bad so I'd put that at #2.

Lol who is the Broadway Joe?

  5. The Seahawks look to be good for a while.

    Sounds like sour grapes.

    Sounds like jealousy.

    Sounds like someone's hating!!

And why is everyone comparing QB s to Wilson. All the disparaging remarks. Trying to discredit him as ssub par???

Wilson did what he had to do. He did his job. He didn't throw any picks and he answered the lone broncos score.

The Seahawks were hands down the best team in the league this year. Will they stay that way forever...

No... Nothing lasts forever. Everything will perish. Even the sun and along with it.... The Earth.

So what's the point of these threads?

All I know is the Colts beat the best teams of the league! We are on a good path!

  6. I'm referring to the Colts special teams since forever. They've just always stunk until recently outside Vinny.

We had another good kicker with Vandy, but we all know what happened there.

The epitome of the suckage was the opening kickoff TD return in the 2006 SB. In fairness it was Hester, but that just shouldn't happen.

Lol yeah our special teams sucked! Remember Troy "fair catch" Walters?
