CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports the Colts, Jaguars, and Browns are "in on" free agent RG Kevin Zeitler.
All three teams need big-time offensive line help, and all three are flush with cap space. It could turn into a massive bidding war and make Zeitler the league's highest-paid right guard at more than $10 million per year.was just about to post this

If you're O.K. taking an RB at that spot, you couldn't be too upset taking OL, could you?
You can never be wrong with wanting to make sure your trenches are up to snuff.

I'm sounding like a broken record but from the day we drafted Luck I said we should sell out for a strong Oline. Grigson brought in one good RT, an injured G who never really played, and then waited until 2014 to draft a decent G. It's like a light turned on for him in last years draft. Threatening to get fired can do that to you.
Enough of my whining.
and to his credit, seemed to have possibly hit on those picks too. Kelly is as advertised and will only get better, Haeg will probably be the new Reitz utility type player, and Clark as the makings of the next future RT if he continues his improvement over the last part of last year. Just need to anchor down the RG spot.

You might not trade up in the first round, but teams will trade up to get the running back they love.
Teams won't take an approach that all RB's are roughly the same. They fall in love with certain guys and make moves to get the ones they want.
plus it's one of those things to where if you can get game breaker, you take it, no matter the position(unless you already have a game breaker at the same position.)

not a fan of the free lancing part

It would be the ultimate insult to tag Cousins and then spend big money on Poe. You're asking for him to not sign that tag if you make a move like that.
well this is the Redskins we're talking about lol

I'm souring on him actually since he sure didn't seem to do much last year, etc. But If they can land Chris Baker, Williams, or Rankins, that would get nice.

nope, not for that...though I'm not a decision maker but I don't think a guard (no matter how good) is worth LT money.

To be 100% honest, Im starting to notice alot of mocks dont have an olineman getting selected until the mid-teens. I have never seen such a thing where no offensive lineman are worth a top 10 pick.
light year on O line this year.

I know this pick would anger a lot of people on the forum, but watch his tape. The guy is absolutely nasty towards defenders, as far as lineman go he's very fun to watch.
and he completely blew up the combine too

What about Harrison, Thornton, and McNary for the Browns' 1st rounder??
throw in a past expiring contract for Laron Landry and you'd have a deal

Oh we'd have to give up much more than that.
My bet is Foster or Solomon Thomas.

That's really just conjecture though..... no real stated interest
I agree and yes he would be a good fit, but not much to go off of

think this could be the thread for anything involving who the Colts would be interested in and who might be interested in any of the Colts FA's?

Lunch pail kinda guy.....and with 9 years in the league he'll have a nice little nfl retirement fund when he's eligible.

Rhodes is pretty good
and that's about it lol
that draft did MANY teams no favors.
that whole draft class was a steaming pile as a whole.

Adams' play didn't fall off a cliff last year but you can see his age starting to catch up to him and with Ballard wanting to get younger, it wasn't that hard a call to make.
That said, he had 2 VERY GOOD years with the team and Grigson needs to be commended for that signing.

saw it posted in the other Kevin Zeitler thread but since the Colts have been mentioned as going for him, I figured it was worth it's own thread.
