  1. I was born in Istres, France (about 60 mins away from Marseille France), eventually moved to Indiana at the age of 9. My father is an Indiana native, and was a Colts fan back in '84 when they came here. I never really had a chance to watch them in France, but my dad kept shoving these blue Colts jerseys down my throat (Dickerson, Harbaugh, and Pollard) so I eventually accepted the fact that I was a Colts fan even though, again, I never really watched them. Once we moved to Indiana…I became a Colts fanatic.

  2. And he doesn't back it up?.

I will take D wade in prime over LBJ any day.

He is nicknamed Flash for a reason. No D Wade, no ring for LBJ.

D Wade won a ring before LBJ went to Miami.

I personally don't like either of them, to be honest..but how could you choose Wade over one of the GOATS?

No D Wade, no ring for LBJ---So a gimp Wade, who seems to be riddled with knee problems, carried LBJ & the Heat the past few years? Um, for example, did you watch the Heat's postseason run last year? You know, the postseason where Bosh and Wade struggled..and Lebron basically bailed them out. Yeah...you have that statement backwards.

D Wade won a ring before LBJ went to Miami--- I guarantee you that Wade would not have won a title in Cleveland if the roles were switched. Lebron single handily made the Cavs title contenders (D-Wade would done the same, in all likelihood...but Wade, like LBJ, would not have won a title).

With that said, I cannot understand how you could even logically choose Wade over LBJ (both in their prime). You sound like a Lebron hater; give respect where it's deserved.

  3. When did Penn state move to the big east

What are you talking about? I never said big east, I said B1G (B1G=Big Ten) East....as in the the division. Starting next year, the B1G will have the West & East divisions (instead of Legends and Leaders division). Penn State will accompany OSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Rutgers, Maryland, & IU in the East division...while the other 7 (Wisco, Purdue, Nebraska, Iowa, Northwestern, Illinois, and Minnesota will be in the West. Needless to say, the East is significantly more competitive than the West.

  4. Another great former Patriots coach in high demand.

Funny how people say the only way the Patriots can win is by cheating then these teams hire Patriots' coaches and the fans of these teams love these coaches and help their team win.  I guess your team is cheating.

I wholeheartedly agree. I hope O'Brien attains the same success as his former Patriots' coworkers did:

Romeo Crennel, Charlie Weis, Josh McDaniels, Eric Mangini, etc
  5. Smart move by O'Brien in all honesty; The B1G East is going to be ridiculously competitive, and difficult to be a perennial BCS contender..especially with 2 years left of recruiting sanctions..

...We may also see Munchak (Titans HC) leave for the Penn State job as well...even though Munchak claimed that he isn't interested.

  6. These types of things tend to cyclic, the divisions will fix itself eventually. Even if the NFL tries to fix this, no system is perfect..and issues will crop up regardless of the change. The best thing the NFL can do, like others have mentioned, is simply giving home-field advantage to the team with the better overall record vs. division champs. With that said, the Cardinals have nothing to complain about to be honest when you look at the NBA this year. Outside the Pacers & Heat, the Eastern Conference is a joke (only one team is above .500 outside of the Pacers and Heat). The majority of the teams that don't make the playoffs in the Western Conference could easily be a 3-8 seed in the East. So with that in mind, if any fanbase/organization should complain this year..it's a West. Conference team that doesn't make the playoffs..not the Cards.

  7. NFL

    1) Seahawks- I really dig their jerseys, especially the alternate grey wolf ones.

    2) Colts-Nice classic look

    3) Bills- The decision to go to the white helmets was probably the best decision that the franchise has made in recent memory..

    NBA

    1) Seattle Supersonics (They're the Thunder now, I know)

    2)Chicago Bulls

    3) San Antonino Spurs

    MLB

    1) Chicago Cubs

    2) KC Royals

    3) Baltimore Orioles (Always liked their jerseys for some reason)

    NHL

    1) Vancouver Canucks

    2) New York Rangers

    3) San Jose Sharks

  8. satale- give the reins over to holmes and see what he can do plus it saves us 4 mil as his contract would only cost us 1 mil in dead money

bradshaw- more of a crowded back ordeal as I expect us to resign brown to something like 3 years 9 mil.

bethea- as sad as I am to write this, I think his time is up as hes just not the same player he use to be. hes an average tackler and his coverage skills have diminished. I would be essentic if we can get byrd in the FA as I cant see him playing under the tag again and it doesnt seem like the bills want to pay him

dhb-I was his biggest supporter and yet he really is useless. I dont understand you can have all the tools he has and cant use them. maybe hes kept just for depth purposes, but if rogers emerges like some here think he will then dhb is gone.

mcglynn or reitz- both are FAs and I can't see us signing both of them back.

mathews or moala- honestly I cant see us signing either of them for some reason the team likes mathews go figure.

franklin- hes been good, but I think he was just a one year fill in for chapman and hughes

angerer or connor- money is on connor being gone. for some reason the coaching staff doesnt like him.

vaughn- I think sheldon price on the PS will replace him

The only problem I have with your list is Mcglynn. I can see Grigs resigning him as a towel boy/new O-Line coach. That way, he can teach all the lineman what not to do.

  9. Best: The 09 Colts vs. Patriots game aka "4th and 2." We had end zone seats right where Manning threw the game winning TD to Reggie, it was awesome needless to say. I also got a kick outta the two Patriots fans sitting next to me. For the entire game, they were going on and on about how Brady always beats Manning, Patriots are going to the Super Bowl this year, etc. Yet, the cat got their tongue apparently once the 4th and 2 ordeal unfolded. I suppose they were letting the difficult concept of, "The game doesn't end until the clock hits zero" sink in before uttering another word.

Worst: I've never been to a Colts game where we lost, so yeah..

  10. To be honest, if I was Jacoby, I would've cleaned Tomlin's clock; no need to maneuver around the coach, he would've learned the hard way. On an even brighter note, the Ravens, in all likelihood, would have been rewarded a touchdown if Jacoby made contact with Coach Tomlin.

I will say it was a cheap move by Coach Tomlin, but i find it funny it was against the Ravens. If I recall correctly, good ole Joe told his teammates to run off the sideline, and tackle Ginn if he broke it free in the Superbowl. So, with that said, Tomlin did a half @$s job. He should of just clotheslined Jacoby...now that would've been funny, very cheap, but funny.

As for the punishment Tomlin will receive, I don't think he'll get suspended or anything. Goodell will probably destroy every tape known to man and say he didn't see any actions worthy of a punishment.

  11. I don't think it is fair to judge Rodgers because he was a UFA and cut by the Bills.  Once upon a time Cris Carter was cut by the Eagles.  Not saying he is anywhere near what Carter was, but being cut or not getting drafted isn't always a death sentence.  Clearly, Rodgers has ability.  If he can grow like Carter did, with Wayne to mentor him, then perhaps his physical skills will make him a solid receiver for us.  It would be a nice change to see the Colts with good, tall WR.  I think the last we had that was Raymond Butler. Sean Dawkins was so-so.

    Victor Cruz as well...

Sure, people in the past have had success after experiencing similar adversity...but how many actually do? You can look at cases such as Cruz, Carter, etc, but how many players have actually turned in feel good stories such as the aforementioned? Not many, not many at all. You can go through thousands and thousands of players before the next Victor Cruz or Cris Carter pops up. Not saying Rogers (or Rodgers, for those of you that spell it that way lol) will be our next Griff Whalen..but history tends to tell us that it will.

  12.

Well I believe their team has lost like all their games ever since the 2-0 start. Meanwhile he is causing strife in the locker room with the QB changes, Andre Johnson is publicly saying they're the worst team in the NFL, they cant get wins despite Pro Bowl caliber players (esp. JJ Watt and Andre Johnson). I'd resign if I were him before he gets fired.

Edit: Also, he has a medical condition apparently. Even if it was a one time fluke, the honorable thing for him to do would be to resign, because he knows ownership firing him would make the organization look bad what with all the medical drama.

I was being sarcastic, lol. With that said, I go back to my previous statement; don't resign Gary. I love me some mediocre AFC South coaches. That goes for you too, Gus and Mike. God bless your hearts.

  13. you guys must not understand it hes using da" becouse hes name is darick (*s) he wrote this on twitter i just seen it and shared

Yes I understood it, kind of. With that said, though, you should of said it was a tweet or something. I was trying to figure out if you were mocking him, got this quote from an article, from a tweet, etc.
