I'd be happy with rd. 4, 5 and 7 but not a fan of McGovern or Hargrave.

I like the draft. I'm just not sold at Billings at 18, I'd be more comfortable with him in a trade down scenario. I'm not the biggest Craevens fan but he'd be good value in the 2nd so I'd be okay with that. Yannick won't be there in the 7th though. I've seen mocks with him in the 2nd and 3rd. I think his value is closer to there.

I would say D but I highly doubt Vernon Butler will be anywhere near available at that pick.
So I'll say A or B.
-
Not too bad. Just a little worried about pass rush in this scenario.
Maybe add in Mike Neal or someone from the FA class.
I'd love Joseph but I somewhat doubt he'll be there but it is possible.

Whats your unpopular opinion to do with this draft??! I'll start:
After Jalen Ramsey, William Jackson III will be the best Cornerback from this class by a longshot. He's got all the tools, great hands, size, speed, he can play outside or inside. He just needs to work on his footwork a bit. If he puts it all together he could easily be a top 10 Cornerback in the league. I keep trying to find ways to mock him to the Colts, but after the Robinson signing I don't think it's a possibility with Davis, Robinson, Smith, and Butler.
So whats one/a couple of your unpopular opinions regarding the 2016 Draft?

1. Josh Norman
2. Richard Sherman
3. Patrick Peterson
4. Chris Harris Jr.
5. Darius Slay
6. Darrelle Revis
7. Vontae Davis
8. Desmond Trufant
9. Ronald Darby
10. Dominique Rodgers Cromartie/Jason Verrett

Tons, very deep draft in a couple of positions so it may be a possibility.
Karl Joseph, Andrew Billings, Jason Spriggs, Ryan Kelly and Noah Spence would be a few examples.
-
3 years around 12 million according to Ian Rappaport. Great.
-
If it's more than Casey Hayward I'll be skeptical, but I do like Robinson as a player, just Hayward is clearly better, and should be paid like it. What a steal by SD.
-
Good signing. Gotta focus on OL/Pass rush in the draft now.
-
Sign the man!! Would fill a need at CB, and would give us the opportunity to go elsewhere in rd 1 with more ease.
-
He'd be a great pick if available at 18, though that may be doubtful with the high demand for pass rushers.

RB: Booker, Perkins
WR: North, Treadwell, Boyd
OT: Clark, Dekker, Colema, Spriggs
OG: Whitehair
C: Kelly
NT: Reed, Billings, Johnson
DE: Robinson, Jones
OLB: Floyd, Spence, Correa, Ward
ILB: Jack, Smith, Lee
CB: Jackson III, Alexander, Apple
S: Neal, Zamort (look him up. Short corner who I see a mix of honey badger and Tim Jennings, he could play safety)

bowe was hurt all year right?
nope. Most games he was a healthy scratch.
-
He's not even that bad in coverage. He's just slow and sluggish, he actually was ok at Alabama in coverage, if he's given some help he shouldn't be a liability, I may not like Ragland that much but drafting him in the first wouldn't be the end of the world.

Top tier money does particularly mean top tier talent lately in free agency... it's really scary.

To be fair, Denver connected on a ton of FA acquisitions (Manning, Talib, Welker, Sanders, Daniels, Ware). NE is just another animal with their amazing coaching and Brady's friendly contract. Seattle of the last few years is probably the best example including the acquisition of Lynch.
Although they (Denver) have made some acquisitions their core has been through the Draft (Miller, Thomas) and they've done a great job at getting the most of late round prospects (Jackson, Harris, Marshall, Trevathan, Barrett, Anderson)

Build through the draft and pay your own guys.
It's pretty simple. Look at New England, Green Bay, Carolina and Denver.
If Grigs isn't paying top $$$ for big name FA's it doesn't mean he's not looking for upgrades via FA, it just means he's being frugal which is good.

I'm surprised with the 7mil annually mark, I thought he'd get more. I wouldn't mind Freeman at 7 mil annually on a shorter deal than 4 years, I'd be willing to give him more guaranteed instead. Something like:
Trevathan: 4/28 (G'd money tbd)
Freeman: 2 or 3/14 or 21 M (Higher g'd %)

PLEASE NO. Ragland is slow and an awkward mover.

Alex Boone.

That's really bad math.
Just saying roughly. Obviously it's 1.8ish but I'm generalizing, let an angry pessimist be angry

Yikes. Basically 2m per catch (30m total / 16 catches last year) I would of prefered Fleener to be honest.

I like the comp to Wilkerson. Powerful player with some juice to him. I'd be skeptical for the case of him at 18, but if you like a guy, take him no matter where he's "mocked"
