Not a troll post but lets be honest. The Colts are the better team, RG3 is the better QB. with RG3 the Colts would be a lot better. He knows how to protect the ball, doesn't throw pick 6's, is extremely accurate, very mobile and explosive, and has great arm strength. Thoughts?

You again,,,,, or your type....RG3 fits the Washington system, long run Luck will bury anything RG3 does...RG3 will be on sidelines hurt and teams will learn to stop his college style game. Luck, like Manning and all the great QB's will just get better with time. instead of starting another thread saying nothing new, why don't you help us all and go shopping, spend that DC money and pump up the economy!

I agree; reality check folks, most of us would have been happy with 4 ot 5 wins. We knew the Colts were a work in progress and it is amazing where we are today! We are double the # of wins Manning produced in his 1st year with a stronger team around him. sit back and enjoy the ride.... we have a chance at the playoffs, and no one can say they honestly believed that would be possible back in April.....playoffs! Enjoy...it will only get better with time and experience.

Calls were close, but they were all called or ruled on correctly. Jags did hit Luck late and in the head on the pass play. Jag player lead with shoulder, but again made contact with the head and jaw on Luck's slide, intent there or not, it is the rule. Luck did cross the line on the sneak, and so on and so on..... We're just not used to being on the positive side of these calls.....enjoy it!

We are going to have to increase the TD's in the red zone....we seem to bog down there a lot, and yet we still continue to win. when we convert more opportunities to TD's, we will pull away from more teams and relieve a lot of stress on us the fans.....too many nail biters....GO COLTS!

Lots of mediocre teams on the schedule this year.

Chicago, Houston twice, New England, Green Bay, Mnnesota, Jets, Miami, Detroit, Tennessee twice......not mediocre...espeically for a team in transition like the Colts....

[Freeney again a non factor]

If you pay any attention to the coaching staff and others that know, Freeney has been playing for weeks on one good leg. Most players wouldn't have been playing at all. As long as he is on the Filed, Teams still have to account for him and game plan for him and with the new CBA that is that much time they can't be focusing on other areas. If he can get enouh time to get healthy or close he will be back to form.

You make your own luck thru hard or not. Our team is working hard, very hard. They may not have all the talent of some teams, but I'll take a group working hard and their results any day.

In additon to all his stats, current and career....He has a class in how he handles his life, his profession. He has priorites and loyalty. To bad more aren't like him......Slam dunk Ring of Fame and HOF!

[Was Luck hyped to much?]

The big problem among the fans, in my opinion, is that everyone is comparing him to Peyton and RG3. It's not a fair comparison, but humans by nature like to compare. I think given the talent that is surrounding Luck, he is doing well. He is not a finished product by any means, and I do not see a bust either. I think he has amazing potential, and he seems to grasp the game mentally. Physically, there is work to do. He is used to larger windows in the college game and his muscle memory is contributing to some of the errant throws, I believe. I'm not worried about Andrew Luck. He is a rookie and there will be moments where we may question, but let's stick it out and enjoy the ride.

This kid has it all..... He has already won as many games as Manning did his rookie year and Luck is not even half way into his rookie season. Plus Manning had a full supporting cast, Luck has a few parts, but nowhwere near Manning or RGIII's supporting cast. In year three he will lead the Colts to challenge for the AFC title and possible Super Bowl, he'll get his first post season win next year...but many will still not be happy.
