I sincerely hope his judgement improves on when to take a knee and when to bring it out. He killed us in the battle for field position in the Sea Doves game..... the crowd at the game went nuts with applause when he finally took a knee on one of the kick offs.David Reed presumably.

Exactly right, if the Colts don't take care of business in SD, the hype will be worth a lot less. SD may be a more important game to the Colts than the Denver game. with a win in SD, the Colts are 3 games up on Texans and 2 on the Titans (won't mention the Jags). Not till the clock goes 00:00 for tonights game....

EXACTLY!Hmmmmmmm.

Chiefs and Seahawks are both open air...... no roof needed there, none needed hereThe Chiefs set the Guiness record for loudest stadium at 137.5. Surpassing the Seahawks record of 136.6
My question is can the Colts do it when Manning comes to town. That is an open air stadium. Much of the sound can escape and echo out. WIth the roof closed, the Colts should be able to do it Oct 20th if we put our vocal chords to it.

Colts fans did Boo at home when we sacked the chance at a perfect season and sat the starters down against the Jets...... Rightly so too!
-
Yes, only week six and currently 2.5 games behind the Colts. They have KC and then the Colts in the next 2 weeks. If the Colts take care of business the Texans will be 3 games behind after week 6 with a tough future. KC and Miami playing well, likely only one team coming out of the AFC South (Colts), the division winner..... Only week six and in 2 more weeks they could be done for the year! GO COLTSIt's only week 6
-
This could be a very tough game, travel to west coast, play a team that can be very good at times and more. May well be a shoot out and if so, Colts cannot afford a slow start like last couple games or they may find themselves in a hole they can't climb out of this time..... This should be a good tune up for the Mile High Ponies.
-
I know, but still would rather have them waved Reed instead
Agree...... after his play in last game on kick off returns.... trying too hard and Guy was much more valuable.
-
Man I was hoping Landry would be good to go for this game...
May be because both Landry and Howell will be out this week...... I hope not...
-
Howell was hurt during the game last week, this is likely a continuation from that...... could be a BIG issue with Landry likely out. Also need Bradshaw back to help the run game and to help control the ball.
-
Off topic, but when is Dwayne Allen expected back?
Next year.... he is on IR
-
I hope TRich also has learned the blocking assignments and can help keep Luck upright..... might be more importnat than pure rushing yards this week!
-
I'm hoping for a pick 6 by Vontae or Butler for this game but I know they are going to run the back 3/4's of the time.
I'm hoping for 376 yds rushing
-
They used to kill us with Fred & MJD. That's who raked up that 375. I say we return the favor!
Let's shoot for 376...... after all we are better!

Sad news to hear....thoughts and prayers to the Bradshaw family.
Ahmad is and always has been a trooper....and I'm sure his grandma was proud of him.
So true, class player and I am confident his grandma was the same.....God Bless them all

The Turnover.
Why did he throw a jump ball to Reggie Wayne on 1st down vs mia
Why Did Peyton throw the pick to Tracy Porter in the Super Bowl.....
-
Colts waved Da'Rick Rogers and Kerwynn Williams today. Anyone have any thought or ideas on who will be resigned or picked up for the PS?
Williams....
-
"Maurice Jones-Drew feigned disappointment after playing a major role in the Jacksonville Jaguars' record-setting Sunday. "We wanted 400, but 375 is OK," the rookie running back said after the Jaguars' 375 rushing yards in defeating the Indianapolis Colts 44-17."
Hopefully we hold him to 37.5 yds this week..... he can wish for 40.....
-
the neckbeard
How about "SPIKE"
-
I would add Tennessee ......
Me too..... They could finish ahead of the Texans!
-
With a game vs the Patriots that we won't have to play like the Texans, I anticipate us to win the division this year.
They play the Patriots, but we had to play Miami, and lost..... so a loss to Pats only squares us with Texans... Texans had to play Baltimore, but we get Cincinnati..... that could be a critical game..... but one game at a time and we'll see.

i think even though san fran was hurt, it was still a good win. also, we had a bunch of injuries and they don't mention that.
San Fran was HURT.... How about the Colts... we were without 6 starters from just a few weeks ago.... That is the NFL, no one feels sorry for us when we lose players to injury, The best we have spanked the best San Fran had.... if they aren't deep enough on the bench.... too bad. Now we need to follow up and not let the Jags even get close.... maybe run for 375 yds!
-
Today is the day for Joe Flacco to talk about how to win.
Tomorrow the next season begins
And the seaason began...... all over Joe.... best to keep your mouth shut and play...
-
I ignored TE's early in my fantasy draft (we draft late July before any preseason games) and gambled late on Dwayne Allen and Julius Thomas. Stacked my team with rb's and wr's early. Started Thomas tonite because of Allen's injury concerns but expect Dwayne to be on full cyclinders by week 3 or 4.
Sarted Thomas..... Genius!
