Fans Feelings

blog-0299814001328998352.jpgThis is me and my friends at Super Bowl Village on January 31, 2012. Now I wonder how other Colt's fans feel about this whole Peyton Manning saga. Would they be happy to see Peyton Manning wearing a uniform of a differemt team? Should he retire or try playing again if the doctors clear him to play? No disrespect to Andrew Luck but I don't want to see Peyton on another team kicking our butts when he plays us. I also want peyton's health to be first and foremost. Please give me your thoughts and feelings on this matter.

I feel very similar. :)

I want Peyton's future health for his family to be paramount. But I also never want to see him in another uniform nor do I want to be put in the position of rooting for my team or my favorite player. :(

I think I would be literally ill to see him go elsewhere. He needs to be here until he retires. I don't think Peyton will play if he doesn't think he can play to the best of his abilities.

Good post :).

Great photo! Wish I could have been there as it looks like you were having a lot of fun.

Now, to answer your questions. I honestly don't know what to think. I am so torn.

I wouldn't be happy to see Peyton wearing a different uniform. But, if I could look into a crystal ball and see that Peyton would get an additional ring with another team versus not getting one with the Colts, I would be extremely happy for him.

Peyton's health and well-being is of the utmost importance to me. But, I think there is a big difference between being healthy enough to play and how well one can can play.

Even if Peyton is healthy enough to play, I can't see him wanting to play if his performance is not up to the standards that he would expect of himself. In which case, I see him retiring.

I would hate seeing Peyton kick our collective but

However, if that's what the future holds........I'll just have to take it!

I appreciate the feedback, by the way had a wonderful time in Superbowl Village but it was like a 7 hour photo shoot with everyone there. As I said before I think Peytons health is first but I also noticed a lot of empty seats in the stadium last year. I may be a little biased because my mother was an avid colts fan and she loved Peyton and I lost my mother on October 31, 2011.Aaron Rogers was willing to sit behind one of the greats and learn from him and he has a superbowl ring and a MVP.If Andrew Luck is willing to sit behind Manning and learn it may be great for our beloved colts.

from my view of it,their is nothing that is wrong about what you said. I couldn't agree more. Irsay should not be doing this. I couldn't imagine how many Colts fans would be so angry with Irsay if he does get rid of Peyton.
