This really could mean they are willing to move on without Manning. Bob Kravitz seems to think so. They have to make the decision quick and March 8 is fast approaching and we are not hearing ANY updates on Manning's health. Has the Luck era begun already?
It's possible. I LOVE Manning - he is the franchise. But to move on from a 36 year old (in a couple months) QB with health concerns wouldn't be out of the question. I will support the team no matter what happens with Peyton.

Wow - it really is a new era! Love it!
-
Wow, more change!
-
Nope, bank on it.

I'm excited!

One can dream.

I say you WILL get the keys to the Ferrari soon, be patient, grasshopper.

Do I not make the team?

Fail.
Speculation does not, indeed, clear it up "once and for all".

Colts fan 1st.
I love Manning, but whatever they decide I will support.
I would follow Manning's career still, but I would root for the Colts!

Gotta take the promising young QB. Manning is almost 36, coming off an entire missed season.

Thanks, Bill!

Welcome to Indy, kid!

Thank you. That made me laugh.
Irregardless is one of my pet peeves - it is not a freaking word.
Other pet peeves:
1) Incorrect use of their and there.
2) Incorrect use of the word core / corps
There - I feel better.
I hate the misuse of the word "literally". He literally flew into the endzone!
No he didn't, he literally ran into the end zone. He figuratively flew.

Congrats Dan O. Now stay up with them and be very tired Sunday!
Hope that all is well with them.

When I think of Bethea I fondly remember his rookie year - 2006. We had the WORST run D...almost ever, and he stopped a lot of TDs.
(won the Super Bowl though)

So, if painter plays, colts lose? Any one else agree with this?
Never seen anything to suggest otherwise.

Let's play Tampa 2 all game and let Jax dink and dunk their way to 35 points!

The "not" Patriots, Chargers, or Steelers.

Falcons not happy that Saints went for recordPro Football Talksay ran up score to get the yardage & recordThe Saints got the ball back at the 33-yard line Monday night, up 38-16, with just over five minutes remaining.needed 30 yards at the time to break Dan Marino’s record. The Saints would usually be running the ball in that situation. But this wasn’t a usual situation.Saints coach Sean Payton clearly wanted to get the record on Monday Night Football. He admitted so after the game.Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sportswhether the approach was “classy.”Pete Prisco of CBSSports.com, saying thatrunning up the score took some shine off the record.
Sooooo, stop him then, Falcons.

What's the dirty and cheap stunts you are referring too? The Colts lost primarily because Garcon dropped an easy catch that may have gone for a TD and were not prepared for an onside kick which was just the sort of thing Payton would call These were gamechanging events. Moreover, the Colts played an incredibly soft defense allowing Brees and his receivers to play pitch and catch backyard style.
I must be over it because, I, like SanAntonio was thinking you were talking about the SB. It didn't even register until I read the thread that we were referring to the 2011 meeting.
I realized last night that I am finally over the 2009 SB. It doesn't sting anymore. I regret us not winning it, but it doesn't sting like it used to. Kinda like the 2005 PO meeting with the Steelers.
