  1. Scenario:

We trade a 2nd and a 3rd for Wallace. As the season goes we end up losing WRs to injury(a BIG possibility). Colts end up with one of the worst records in the league this season. Grigs says "Thats OK! We are gonna trade OUT of the first round for a kings ransom!" This allows the Colts to go out and sign guys who want to win now while all at the same time we have a ton of picks as a fallback to keep us playoff contenders for a long long time. At the back end of the decade we will be know as the SUPERCOLTS!

  2. Jim Irsay@JimIrsay

I can bring u NFL Manos to the edge of the water, but I can't throw you n,that's called tampering..but FOE REEL...the crap is HOT,STAY TUNED!

    Jim Irsay@JimIrsay

Contest! For 161 doll hairs($) n real NFL Football..will a trade b done by Monday, yes or no? 1 guess only,Abby's Dart Board random throw!

I saw this. He is leaving clues I am almost sure of it! My response to his contest was 'NO' because I think it goes down on tuesday since the middle of the week needs football news too. ;)

  3. I don't know who we are gunning for but I fully believe it is for a talented CB.

I am looking at the small picture here speculating that a second talented CB to start the season with gives us the best chance at going into our bye week UNDEFEATED!!!

RT can be addressed in waivers with roster cuts coming around the corner.

Wallace would be a nice addition, but if we want him we could wait until after this season. PIT has no problem letting WRs walk away and they know they have rising stars at the position. If they dont tag him then he will be a free agent and we could throw some money at him and save the pick for our D.

All i know is that i believe the colts will be on the opposite end of the power rankings come this time next year.

  4. I think I did pretty well. What do you think?

    1.Ray Rice

    2.Larry Fitzgerald

    3.Roddy White

    4.Trent Richardson

    5.Peyton Manning

    6.Jeremy Maclin

    7.Jason Witten

    8. Steve Johnson

    9. Texans D

    10. Ben Tate

    11. Alshon Jeffery

    12. Coby Fleener

    13. Mikel Leshoure

    14. Josh Freeman

    15. Seahawks D

    16. Matt Bryant

Manning paired with Freeman is a good move, but I can't help but wonder how much better your team would be if you waited at least one more round to take a QB.

Matt Ryan is a great pickup in round 7 this year and he can be paired with someone like RG3 who can pass and run.

Some of us should try to get in a draft room together for fun. I am about to do a mock so I will post my results.

    Was this a mock???

  5. I'm working on my mock at the moment. GB defense may be an iffy pick-- they were the 32nd ranked D in the league last year.

Yeah. I play the matchup game with defenses so who I take is not that big of a deal. If I end up with a top 5 defense I will hold onto them and STILL use the waiver if I see a better matchup. Thats Just how I roll brotha!

  6. If we are talking first stringers 'winning' I think we have a legitimate shot at beating the Steelers IF Fleener and Allen show up to play better than they did against the Rams.

The final score will have us winning due to backup QB play.

  7. It just caught my attention that our draft is on a Saturday night. I will try my hardest to be there when it starts, but I work on Saturdays. If all goes well I could feasibly be home between 7:30 - 8:00. I may or may not be able to attend the draft AT work... I know I can do drafts on ESPN using the 'Lite' draft application they offer from work. I will try to pull some strings so I can be a full participant in the draft.

If all else fails I will set up my player queue before work and get home as soon as I can to finish with the rest of the league managers...

Does anyone know if Yahoo offers a 'Lite' draft application similar to ESPN?
