Do we trade up for him? I say yes.
-
I like smurfs. If we get Austin in the first and a guy like Marquess Wilson in the 6th, our receiving corp would be set!!!That's a really short receiving corp.
-
Tavon Austin, he is gonna be such a great playmaker in the league on par with Percy harvin without issues. Do you know how hard it would be to stop him and Hilton???? No one could cover them!

PM the forum moderators, such as superman, 21issuperman, or warhorse.Okay what's that

ask the modsHow in the world do you delete a topic? I can't seem to figure it out. Plus now it won't let me go in and edit my original post. Getting a little frustrated any suggestions?
-
No way are those players available when you have us pick them.
-
Has anyone heard any rumors? Or are we done?

YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!49ers were supposed to be LaRon Landry's next visit, but it's likely he'll work out a deal with the Colts. #nyj
yeaaaaaaaahhhhhh

We easily upgraded at CB and OG.
-
I say we trade down to the ravens 2nd round pick for their first next year and a 5th.
-
me tooThat actually made me feel better about him.
-
I was literally just about to say the same thing!Possibly Thomas? No doubt in my mind he starts.

Rhodes is a great run defender. Trufant not as much.Yes but not as physical as we want for his size and he can't tackle. I think it's a foregone conclusion that we will sign Cary Williams and i don't think will overpay. Drafting Rhodes or Trufant won't help us against the run in which we were ranked 30th last year. We need bigger, stronger, and more athletic guys up front on defense. You should always draft from the inside out instead of outside in.Kawann Short and Sylvester Williams are both rated higher then Trufant and would have much bigger impact on our defense.
-
No way can we sign that many high profile fa's and I'm not a big fan of that draft.
-
If jones falls to us, we take him no questions asked.
-
My ideal draft would be:
1. Cooper or Rhodes (I know they may not be here, but you never know)
3. Brandon Jenkins OLB
4. Shamarko Thomas SS
5. Matthieu DB
6. Luke Mardquart OT
7. Conner Vernon WR

oops!! I saw something that said it started tomorrow. Some teams may still see him as a Guard because thats where he made a name for himself, How will we find out tomorrow? we still have 3 days till the combine
-
Frederick is a C. I would trade down for Warford. We don't know that Cooper is 310. We'll find out tomorrow.Yeah but Im tellin ya that 310lbs creeps me out, I'd rather trade down into the 2nd and draft Travis Frederick, His stock is rising as high as the 2nd round according to NFL Draft Scout and I wont be surprised a bit if he goes in the bottom of the 1st, He would be a sure fit in our Man scheme
-
Cooper actually has played man in college, due to the different coaches he's had.I love the mock, and if we get Cooper in the 1st I trust Grigson to know that Cooper can play in our Man blocking scheme even if I dont think he would fit, I'd rather get Joe Vellano in the 6th or if a wr I'd rather get Dan Buckner

1. OG Jonathan Cooper: Cooper is one of the best players in the draft, but due to positional value, he will fall. He is very athletic, doesn't make many mistakes, and is explosive off the ball. He has a wrestling backround, which is very useful for offensive lineman. We would be very lucky to have a player of his caliber fall to us.
3. DE/OLB Brandon Jenkins: Jenkins is a major steal at this point in the draft. He is a first round talent, but was forced to sit out this year with a Lisfranc injury. He is explosive off the ball, has the strength to overpower opposing lineman, and is quick in pursuit. I would love to get him at this point in the draft.
4. SS DJ Swearinger: Swearinger will bring an attitude to the secondary that we haven't had since Bob. He isn't afraid to throw his body around. He hasn't missed a game in his four year college career. I would love to get him at this point.
(Projected Comp) 5. NT Montori Hughes: Hughes is a humongous player. He moves very well for his size and has all the physical tools to be a very good player at the next level. He needs a good coach to motivate him though, which is why he falls this far.
6. WR Marcus Davis: Davis is an athletic freak. He needs to work on his route running and work ethic which is where Reggie comes in to mentor him.

Ogden over Lewis?????? I don't think so.
-
If he's there in the third, I would still get him.

Warmack, Jones, or Milliner
