  1. It is not on there now, but previously the NFL network had a thread right below RG3's picture that read "vote for RG3 for the probowl". If you opened the thread, a listing of all the candidates appeared. That is what I was relating to on the media being a tad bit biased. Everyone, including RG3 and Luck needs to be considered in a fair way, not on whose popular at the moment.

  2. I certainly don't have a problem pointing out Luck's mistakes. He's not perfect, nobody is. Peyton Manning threw 6 picks in one game. He threw 3 in one qtr just this year. Everyone makes mistakes. I'm not saying you have no right to point out mistakes, however, it seems like thats all you want to do and you want to push aside the positives. At the same time, you seem to be in love with Griffin, who is playing on a more talented team and putting up a worse record.

Again, the Colts have 8 wins, 5 of them are a direct result of game winning drives engineered by Luck. You can point out all the flaws you want, the bottom line is that when the game was on the line, Andrew Luck carried this team to victory. He's playing behind a pathcwork and bad O line, 2 rookie tightends, rookie receivers, mediocre at best running game. The Colts won 2 games last year, the biggest addition to the team was at the QB position, they are now 8-4. I'd say he's doing more then you are willing to give him credit for.

    Great post

Andrew Luck is "our" quarterback and more than proved himself yesterday that he is more than "just a rookie". Coming on these controversial threads and pointing out his flaws is doing nothing but stirring up more conflict. Let's let it go, appreciate both of their accomplishments and MOVE ON!

  3. I get what your saying about wins and losses. But it's not like the colts are 10-1 and the Skins are 3-8. The seasons not over RG3 might lead the Skins to a better record then the colts. They are only 2 games better right now. If you lose to the Lions today and the skins win they are only back 1 game. What Im saying is its not a gurantee Luck will have more wins and then if that happens then what?

You need to move on and let it go!

  4. 7-4 and almost every thread on this board is crying about one thing or another...

    LOL... I don't get it...

My exact thoughts! At the beginning of this season there was not way I expected us to be at 7 wins - 4 losses!

  5. My thoughts?

@ Jaguars - WIN, 27-17....Not as close as score says. We start slow but separate, especially second half.

@ Patriots - LOSS, 35-23...Brady moves on us at will, we have problems getting TD's in redzone in their house.

Vs. Bills - WIN, 20-17....12th man helps us in crunch time.

@ Lions - LOSS, 31-24....Stafford and Megatron explode, their 12th man and front 7 give some us issues.

Vs. Titans - WIN, 23-13...Agree, keep CJ under 100yrds. Keep their passes underneath and make them make mistakes.

@ Texans - LOSS, 38-17....They show dominance vs. our D in their house. :(

@ Chiefs - LOSS, 21-20....We can't overcome their 12th man in a nasty environment and they squeak it out (please be wrong!!)

Vs. Texans - WIN, 27-24.... We have a plan to attack their D, and they rest big names before first half ends.

\We end up 9 - 7, and slide into the playoffs. Luck gets great playoff intensity exposure, prepares him for the near future. :)

I agree, with one exception; The KC Chiefs. I believe we will pull that one out.

  6. last night when luck took that huge hit from landry; luck got up i am pretty sure he told him nice hit and then told the other offensive players to get back into the hudle instead of retaliate. then after the next play or two he went over and shook hands with landry..

    class...

  7. FACT #1: Peyton Manning built the "Indy" Colts and their stadium. I pull for him now and would pull for the Broncos against this years Colts. I want at least on more ring for him so when he and Tom Brady are old and grey the arguement well continue as to which one is king. #18 gave me and all Indy fans more joy and pride thant the entire current Colts organization combined.

FACT #2: The Colts are not going to the playoffs thjis year.

    :sigh:
