A verse in the song Hotel California could describe the Patriots in the post season: "They stab it with their steely knife, but they just can't kill the beast."
Maybe Andy Reid will have a game plan that "kills the beast."

is this Vinatieri's last year? That's unlike him.

A bit late but ti was nice to see a touchdown.

Go Brady? Forgive me, I'm not myself right now.

OMG...again Houston gets in there..
..that play was so messed up from the start......
Wait, we're not playing Houston. Oh, my bad, wrong Houston.

So now we're suppose to fire everyone on the team, right?

Well, I also have Luck and Hilton in my lineup, and you know how that's working out.
-
I have Kelce and Williams on one of my daily fantasy lineups, so there's that.

Maybe you can't hate Mahomes, but you can dislike him a little.

Is it me or could Cris Collinsworth be more annoying?

Marvin Lewis is out in Cincinnati. After 16 seasons his time has finally come.
Suppose McDaniels pulled the same thing on the Packers as he did to the Colts. How can he be trusted?

Daily fantasy: I'm through with Ben Roethlisberger. I had him on one of my lineups. He's playing Cincinnati at home, in what should have been a good match up. They need to win (and hope that Baltimore loses) , but they're behind the Bengals 10-0. Ben isn't doing anything. When I don't have him in a lineup, he goes off for 400 yards, but when I start him, he's awful.
It's a dollar game, so it's not a big deal if I don't win. It's just so frustrating when a player is that inconsistent.

Giants really don't score much
Try telling that to Washington: the Giants scored 40 points on them two weeks ago.

Brady won't go, even if NE misses the Superbowl. He shouldn't be voted in because of non-interest.

If Houston loses this game, the team will have to experience the wrath of J J Watt.
-
So watch the Jets pull an upset just to keep the playoffs interesting.

I'll root for the Patriots to be eliminated in the playoffs.
I don't dislike the Steelers. Somehow, they don't bother me as much as the Patriots do. Can't really explain why. If the Colts miss out, my choice would be the Chargers.
-
I had a feeling that the Chargers would take this game. The team had a slow start in the first half, with Rivers under pressure, but they adjusted well. Congrats to picking up a playoff berth!
Tough to see Keenan Allen hurt. I hope it's not serious, and that he will be able to play later.
Melvin Gordon wanted to play this game, but was held back. He might be ready in the next week or so.

The Chargers added RB Treymaine Pope from practice squad to their roster, so it doesn't look good for Gordon. He's still listed as questionable, but I wouldn't count on him starting. This update was from 6 hours ago.
Concerning Super Bowl

I'll be watching the Superbowl. I have to get my football fix, no matter what. I don't care about the pregame ceremonies, just the game.
I don't like the Patriots, but I can't feel too upset about Kansas City, considering what they did to the Colts last week. (Or the Colts did to themselves.) If that's kind of petty or childish, so be it. I would like the Rams to beat NE, though.
