Wayne 100 percent. He's already announced he's gonna bounce back. That's enough.
None of the others are Reggie Wayne caliber...yet
-
Two TE sets. Fleener will be used more as a receiver than Allen - though only slightly.
Fleener has proved himself this year, and Dwayne is coming of an season ending hip injury. That's huge.
-
C is the anchor on the line, and that's where experience > young and upcoming talent.I hope Holmes does but the fact he wasn't even active on some game days and we were starting undrafted free agents or moving a guy with a broken thumb over to play center doesn't exactly make me feel confident about Holmes talent level.
But true, we don't know for sure.
-
Not necessarily. G Thomas is getting back & C Holmes could replace C Satele moving forward.center and rg is a must . Jon Asamoah
Though I believe you are right. Jon Asamoah would be nice, also to help our rookie G out.
-
We have enough quantity.
It's time for some more quality, especially on our front 7. OLB Mathis + DE Redding + ILB Freeman are our only REAL quality players on our front 7.
-
I actually expect them to stay with Greg Toler.
We need a
Guard (no more McGlynn)
ILB (to compliment Freeman)
DE (Redding is getting older and Jean-Francois is injury prone and hasn't shown why he's paid that much)
OLB (Mathis is getting older)
The outcome will more be determined by who will be re-signed and who won't, rather than our situation as of now.
I think they should tag Vontae and see if he can stay consistent. Re-sign RB Donald Brown + DB Sergio Brown (special teams) + FS Antoine Bethea + DB Josh Gordy + P Pat McAfee + K Adam Vinatieri.
-
Way too conservative. We were far behind already - that move (or non-move) made it almost impossible.
-
I've seen enough, there no need to burn additional time on this. We have one of these guys to bring along that have already showed potential. Time to move on and let Griff play, Roger's is a bust accept it and move on
You are just way off.
He's a rookie, who hasn't benefitted from OTA's, TC, pre-season, AND missed building chemistry with Luck for half a season. That's huge.
They both need that in order to become better. Practice is key. Writting a receiver off after this few games is just wrong.

pagano giving up in the 4th quarter last night
not the best play but probably the most telling
You are picking that as a play of the year? That's sad.
To me it was TY's bomb against KC last week.
-
Yes that was the joke. I thought it was pretty funny.
It is funny! It wasn't published because of Andrew, I think it was an accident.
-
No biggie, Vinatieri was covering himself with a towel and then had a nice shirt on for the cameras. Wasn't that what the joke was about?
-
Come on. Just a way of complimenting their coaching staff and tactics.
No pun intended, I'm sure.

Colts 44-21 Patriots
Let's define a new super power.
-
He has experience against Patriots. Is needed. Had hoped for a bigger play maker this year, but he's needed.
-
Just wanna win. He needs to get separation, because his physical skills are there.
3 catches for 44 yards.
-
Dude, what's up? Don't get it...
-
Hate injuries. Also on opponents. Want a fair and healthy match-up, where their starters are beat. Hopefully we then crush their 2nd stringers.
-
Wow. Just wow. Veteran experience at the WR position? A little late IMO.
-
Agreed, he hustled really well and saved us 4 points.
-
Saw it too. That's amazing. With the way BB handles an opponents best weapons, I am not confident he'll break it.
Perhaps even it, if we win against the Pats.
-
With Tom Brady, every one of his WR's is a weapon to me, including those already established with Vereen, Blount, Edelman, and even Ridley and Amendola. Indy's got one hell of a test in Gillette but I don't see them backing down. Secondary needs to get it together so we don't get burned and we have to stop the run and on 3rd down situations.
I know Belichick is going to try and take T.Y. away and people think we can't win without him, well they're wrong. We have Fleener, Rogers, Brazill and Whalen who've come up big before. I think Whalen will be the X-Factor in this game if BB somehow manages to take away T.Y., but it's for damn sure Talib isn't getting put on Talib because he'll torch him.
Defense needs to come to play, I hope Mathis gets a strip-sack fumble or two and the man-to-man has to continue.
Who starts over Landry since he's injured, Lynch?
I honestly don't want Toler in the game after last week, keep Gordy in there and mix it up with Butler and such.
Well said, MOB

OMG these comparisons. Let Peyton be Peyton and Luck be Luck and just enjoy that both have (and 1 still is) Colts players.
We've been so fortunate here. Don't ruin it. Enjoy instead.
-
When he's improved the route running skills, we have an amazing player right here.
TY reminding of Marvin Harrison (I believe he does) and Rogers with the physical skill set. That's some duo... and there's a guy returning back from IR next year as well. Will be intriguing.
-
He's proved that he compliment the other RB's amazingly. Even taken it a step further becoming the starter. It would be a dumb move not to try and keep him a Colt. His vision is good and he always seem to fall forward when tackled.
Fleener or Allen?

My bad. Hip injury of course.
