I would still rather draft our future olb rusher this year ad draft our future number 1 wideout next year . The receiving corp In next years draft is orgasmic .I'm always in favor I have wanted the colts to draft a WR or RB for idk how long we need to get a young WR so he can learn behind Reggie for a few years so that's the best idea if you ask me

Your missing one -_-Lol maybe they are better but not good enough,my predictions not that bold IMO,AFC SOUTH COLTS ,TEXANS,TITANS

fixed it for yaI like how the Pats handle free agency. Don't panic, don't overpay, wait and sign for a decent price. I don't like pretty boy but they are a EVIL oganization!

Ryan < manning x 50 ... Manning makes his receivers better always hasBest receiving core in the league? What happened to Atlanta?
Julio > Thomas
White > Decker
Douglas < Welker
Gonzalez > Tamme?
Probably 2nd best though.

Stop with the draftin a wide out shenanigans ! Next year is year of the WRI would love to snatch up one more of those guards as well. Could potentially get our final starter with Moore or Schwartz, or at the very least O line depth. To be honest, I was obsessing over the draft to build our team. But after the last 2 days of FA, I am feeling pretty confident. Draft BPA and it's just icing on the cake. I wouldn't mind drafting a top WR to develop with our young core though.

I don't think the jets are are skilled at evaluating qb talent !if so, the Jets organization has some explaining to do.
-
I would rather wait till next year for Sammy Watkins .Then grab Hopkins (Clemson). Great Hands, Good Routes, & Physical

I'm not sure what your talking about but hugs always work for me *hug* .

Linkinbach is the backup to the whole oline besides center . No he's not great at all of them but he can play oline positions . I for one love that about him .. Name one other person who can do that.I'd feel much better if Justice was the backup RT instead of Linkenbach. I don't get a warm fuzzy on that.

Golden state. Stephen curry point guard . Bucks I got nothingMaybe he would be a good maybe borderline great player but, the fame would not have been there.there's no way he would have a full hour show on his free agency. he would not be thrown into every espn show etc.. Basketball is what Boxing use to be, in that the top 1 or 2 will become crazy famous/iconic and that's about it. everyone knows the top 1% Shaq, Jordan, Kobe, Lebron from the last 20 years and I don't think I can put the fame of any other sport star on that level (maybe Tiger Woods) but, beyond that how many people can name a Golden St. Warrior or Milwaukee Buck?

You must have missed the last 3 weeks here ..For the next several days leading up to the start of free agency, I will be breaking down the potential free agents for the Indianapolis Colts. This entry is about Louis Vasquez, the unrestricted free agent guards for the San Diego Chargers.
Overview: Vasquez has really emerged as the star of the Chargers' offensive line. He had a very solid season this last year, showing his great agility and good quickness. He's a big guy, which makes his athletcism even more athletic. He's playing a position that's more suited for 305-310 pound guys. He does struggle when run blocking. when He's expected to leave the Chargers, and the Colts are the favorites to pick him up, and I have even placed a bet on him coming to the Colts.
Strengths: He's a great pass blocking offensive guard. He's one of the better ones around. He protected Rivers extremely well and knows how to take on blitzes. He's perfect for offenses that like to throw the ball a lot. He has great inital impact off the line. When you're a guard, explosiveness is what you want. You want to have more explosion than the guy across from you. Vasquez has a lot of explosion, and it's something that I look for in guards. Explosion seperates the good from the great. He has it. He also has good strength, and it's obvious because he's a big boy. He's 325 pounds and is as strong as most guards in the league. He's also very athletic which is rare for 325+ pounders. You look for guys that have a good mix of athleticism and size. He's still young and is still growing, which just makes this kid more attractive. He probably won't be too overly expensive either, which is another positive for the Colts.
Weaknesses: His big weakness is run blocking. He's not bad, but he could definitely improve. He doesn't do extremely well against big defensive tackles, and I saw him struggle against Derek Wolfe of hte Broncos. He needs to on his footwork when in a run blocking situation. He tends to get too high and his stiffen up a bit. Also, from watching 6 games (just on him), I noticed he has a tendency to look one way and then pick up another guy. That could be confusion or just him being wary, but it's something that as a former offensive line coach, I would not teach.
How he'd fit in the system: The Colts used a man blocking system, and that's the one Vasquez was in in San Diego. He really knows how to dominate a guy one on one and knows how to pick up blitzes on pass protections. The Colts like to throw the ball and being a good pass protector will be a huge positive. I said the same thing about Levitre, Vasquez playing mediocrely is still better than McGlynn and Reitz.
Final Thoughts: He's a guy that I would definitely like to have on the team. He's a good pass blocker, he fits in the system, and he's not overly expensive. He could come in and be the starting left guard from Day 1. Vasquez could help the passing game, and help the offense just in general. He's slowly improving on his run blocking, and I think he'll get better in this system. I'd be willing to give him a good amount of money. Add another solid guard through free agency (not necessarily Levitre) and I think they'll be set. I think Matt Slauson or Donald Thomas would be a good add. As for Vasquez, I don't think you can go wrong with him. As mentioned before, even if he doesn't pan out, he's better than Reitz and McGlynn.
Grade: 8.96/10 (T49th Offensive Lineman) (Top 20 Offensive Guard) (Based on my O-lineman rankings)
What I'd Offer Him: 3 years, $17.5 million

none of the them mine is the packers game this year!!!Which, out of the above three, would you say is the most exciting memory as a colts fans?
4th and 2, 2009 game vs Pats
Monday Night Football comeback in Tampa Bay in 2003,
or this past season vs the lions?
Its hard for me to pick between 4th and 2 (because we were unbeaten, and its the pats), or this past year vs the Lions....I had honestly given up any chance, and it showed me Luck and be clutch

I can't agree with that . I can Hilton taking the number one spot when it's time .Since no one has answered this question, I'll ask again; Which one of are many Slot Receivers do you want to take Reggie's place if he gets hurt and is IRed. If you get an answer, then explain what makes you think the Offense will be as good or better than last season's.
IMO, the only wild card is Whalen. He is an unknown at the pro level. The rest are known and will not be able to step-up and be the #1 receiver.
This the best reason for picking up a big receiver and letting Avery walk.
